Impressive was the shop we chose to replace our gas log with a more energy saving enclosed insert. The owner helped us to find a beautiful replacement and, with another technician, carefully removed and installed the new unit. As in many older home projects, surprises awaited, this time behind the brick work . However, calmly and efficiently, this unexpected situation was well handled and resolved. Although expected labour time was increased, our bill was not. We would certainly recommend this knowledgable, professional, honest company to others.

Technician is very knowledgeable. I was impressed when He red tagged our gas fireplace. Safety was his first priority. He took his time to refer us to someone that can rectify the kinking of the gas line which will make it safe to operate.

Attended and diagnosed the issue but unfortunately, the part had to be ordered. No fault of theirs. When the part came in on Monday they attended and installed after hours to get the home nice and cool.

I was looking for a company to fix the problem with the pilot in my fireplace insert. I found Impressive Climate Control, the came to my place and the technician found the problem in a short period of time. He ordered the "pilot assembly" and he came back in two weeks to install the defective part. Everything works fine and I highly recommend this company.

Impressive Climate Control is a family run business that caters to your plans and needs. Even during off hours, they are connected by phone and respond to calls and questions. My site was checked before purchase to confirm that the fireplace suited my home for heat output, etc. Installation was timely, the work site was kept tidy, and my home was respected...hardwood floors, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Impressive Climate Control.

I had Impressive Climate Control replace a cracked gas fireplace insert glass, clean and service the unit and they were "excellent in every respect". They were prompt, professional, technically competent and polite. If and when needed, I will have them continue to service the gas fireplace.

I had approached Impressive Climate Control in 2011 for an estimate to replace our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. I found the quote to be very competitive and the product brands offered were of reputable manufacturers (Lennox, Navien). Service technicians were polite, efficient and kept the work areas clean while installing the new equipment. I have had no issues with any of the installed items, and we are really pleased with the savings from the tankless hot water tank we chose. I have since had Impressive return for regular maintenance, as well as had extra external work performed on installing natural gas bbq connection. Good work, competitive pricing. Will use this company again for future work.
