Inga requires payment prior to rendering any services. I understand why. The lighting plan that she drew up for us was completely wrong. We had to have all the work redone. Suggested an LED plan that could not be implemented, but we only found out after we had spent thousands on having the electrical work done. Completely incompetent.

From what we see in our systems, you purchased a lighting plan for 3 bathrooms totaling 315 square feet with total pricing under 200$. Rating your project at over 100K$, is not with us. No lighting fixtures were purchased. We are truly sorry that you had to spend thousands of dollars on electrical. If there was an issue with the lighting plan, we would of been more than happy to fix it for you and get in touch with the different trades working on your project.

Iluce concepts is my go-to when it comes to lighting for all my projects, big or small and no matter the budget. The owners are welcoming, very knowledgeable and really take the time to advise and look for the best products to suit the needs and style. I also work with Iluce for my lighting plans to make sure illumination will be just right. When working with them, I can rest assured the products won't just look great but also are appropriate for the project in a technical way and will hit my quality standards. I'm so glad another designer recommended I meet with Inga almost a year ago now, it's been a real pleasure!

We tried to pick light fixtures for our new home ourselves and found it very overwhelming. After living in a house with just light bulbs for 6 months, we had enough and decided to get professional help. Inga has both the artistic and technical knowledge that helped us every step of the way. She respected our budget and helped us to mix and match without breaking the bank. She also listened to our preferences and quickly adapted without imposing or compromising. The after-sale service was top notch. We are very pleased with the end result.

I found Inga at iluce concepts after hours of online research based on others’ review & I felt like I found a hidden gem. I wanted to change all the old-fashioned ceiling lights of the condo I just bought. I was surprised and very impressed at how promptly Inga was able to find me all of the ceiling lights that suit my place for a very reasonable price. I also needed furnitures which Inga also looked after as my personal shopping assistant. She found excellent quality of furnitures for a very inexpensive price, and they go perfectly well with the ceiling lights. I felt like a celebrity throughout this entire process. What I appreciated about Inga, is that she’s able to find products that fits into my budget, that suit my taste. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to upgrade their home to look trendy & stylish.

We bought a bathroom chandelier from this store and were very impressed with their knowledge and dedication to good lighting. What was really telling was their after-sales service. We needed help with the choice of bulb to use in the fixture (not as easy as it used to be) and they were very cooperative in supplying alternatives until we were happy. If I had a lighting problem it would be my first, and likely last, stop.

Our designer referred us to Ilyve Concepts when we were remodelling/renovating our bathrooms. The service provided was great! They had a great selection for us and treated us as part of "the family". My partner and I used Iluce Concepts based on the referral of a friend who had a great experience working with Inga (owner). We were truly overwhelmed with how much she genuinely cared about our happiness and the success of our design and space. My husband and I both purchased our newlywed home and after receiving a few unsatisfying quotes and designs from local merchants we decided to contact Iluce Concepts Inc. We have a few friends who have used Iluce Concepts to re-create the lighting functionality and design in their homes and decided to contact them. From the moment we heard Inga Semionov’s (owner) exciting voice, we knew we were in both creative and caring hands. Even though we live in Markham, Ontario and Iluce Concepts is located in Montreal, Quebec there was never a moment that we felt lost or unsure. Inga walked us through every step of the process and not only satisfied everything on our wish list, she opened our eyes to design possibilities we would never have fathomed if it were not for the kind recommendation to contact Iluce Concepts Inc.
