IKEA est vraiment l'enseigne ou l'on a des meubles très pratiques, customables et leurs services de customisation Plum est vraiment top, moderne dans l'ère du temps et s'adapte à tous les projets. Je recommande pour les petits budgets.

Worst customer service I have ever had!! I am pretty sure I've had better experiences at the DMV. Avoid them at all costs!! They refused to rectify my issue despite the fact that it was as a result of Ikea's incompetent staff. I ordered a couch online. The day of delivery the couch wasn't delivered, but they were courteous enough to send me just the legs and covers (sarcasm). When I called they said that the couch itself was on back order! At no point in the process did I ever get any sort of notification about this. They issued a refund for the the undelivered item but forced me to go to their physical location to order and do home delivery. Once I got there they no longer had any home delivery services going out that day and I had to wait until the next day to get the couch delivered. Why is this a big deal? That day I was expected to host an event at my new place with friends and colleagues, some who went out of their way to make it. Because of this incredible inconvenience caused by Ikea, I had to cancel the event last minute, which was very embarrassing. More over, I wasted hours of my time and spent transportation money I wouldn't have otherwise, going to the location to place the order + home delivery. I had also brought the seat covers with me to swap out for a different color. The next day once I got the couch and tried to put on the new seat covers - it turned out that the rep had given me seat covers for a left sided couch when I had ordered a right sided couch!!!! HOW INCOMPETENT ARE YOU IKEA?!?!?! This required me to go back FOR A SECOND TIME!!! On top of all this, Ikea is refusing to make me whole for all the additional out of pocket expenses it has cost me to rectify the mistakes of their incompetent staff and service. Good job Ikea - you have lost a customer!

We got a kitchen at Ikea 4 years ago. When we decided to change the style of the kitchen, it was very easy to change the doors and other details. Very happy about the results.

IKEA does not only provide good quality products, but by going the extra mile to illustrating how the products can be used in their staging setups is inspiring.

We remodeled our kitchen using ikea kitchen cabinets and are very happy with the look and quality of their product. We also hired one of their preferred contractors who did an excellent job of installing them.

Ikea has an excellent range of quality yet affordable fresh and contemporary products-excellent value for money. Love the kitchens, appliances and bathrooms-a breath of fresh air for those having to buy in the US. Great to see that they have been successful in bringing the European look to the US where 'traditional' and oversized is king-not everyone lives in an 8000 Texan proportioned home! Great user friendly website and very helpful staff in Tampa Fl store, especially Petra Hedman-Miller who helps us ship everything to the Cayman Islands.

IKEA, has helped us uniquely create the interior of our house. They had so much beautiful and different furniture, it took us quite a bit of time to pick out exactly what we wanted for our home. They have everything from the beautifully decorated plates for your kitchen, to the stuffed animals your children will sleep with. The customer service and employees are so friendly and helpful, that's needed shopping in such a vast store like IKEA. When you get tired of walking, you can just go in to their Swedish restaurant, have a lunch break and continue your hunt. We completely remodeled my bedroom, our office area, living room, and hallway. The prices were incredible, we could actually say that we liked something and it would be in our budget! I recommend IKEA to everyone who is looking for a great deal on the best, high quality furniture there is. The experience will truly make a tremendous and beautiful outcome with your home.
