Working with Paul and Scott has been great. Communication has been outstanding which is a huge factor for a customer and they always follow through with what they promise. The technicians and install crew are very professional and respectful as well. My experience has been phenomenal and they will go out of their way to make you happy no matter what the situation. We have used them 3 times now and you can bet that they will be the ones that I call next time around as well.

Integrated Home has completed a number of projects for me over the last year, from security cameras to replacing TVs to Crestron automation work. All work has been of the highest quality, done in a timely matter and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job. I thought my job was going to be a bit difficult to do. It's a new house but they came in after it was built, they didn't have the option to pre-wire anything before the house was finished, but they were able to install a complete Control4 system with an audio/video matrix, install speakers throughout the house, installed a 5.1 system in one room of the house, installed a 7.1.4 Atmos system in another room of the house, changed out every light switch in the house to dimmers, had a new security system installed, automated shades, remote control for the pool to control the lighting and waterfalls, hid every piece of equipment out of sight, and tied everything in together with the Control4. I don't think a better job could have been done. I definitely recommend them over anyone else in the area, and I'll continue doing business with them regularly as things need to be upgraded.

Team did an outstanding job from proposal to install to on going maintenance. Since these systems use internet/software to perform optimally, they need seasoned hands to advise and keep it on track. My husband & I came to Baton Rouge in 1996. At that time home automation and audio video companies were very few in number.Eventually that number increased and we came onboard with Ed Willis and Paul of Integrated Home early on.We have used them for quite some years now for a lot of tasks.They have done our ultra HD 55 TVs, all our stereo stuff,Anthem amps Pegasus speakers a ceiling router thing that boosts the wy-fy in the house, our security system and all our inside & outside cameras. A woofer in in there too with blue ray players and I still have to have a CD player.Also they installed Control 4 Remotes for us. So one might say any company can do what you have.Technically that would be true.However Integrated Home is not just any company.Ed is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to help one select the best system for that person.He explains all the ins and outs of the equipment and answers any and all questions.The entire company not only provides trusted and excellent completions of projects etc, they also help if there is a problem with anything. We hired Ryk and his team for our Audio/ Video/ Theater room/Cameras and RTI automation for shades, climate and lights . The end product is a seamless system that is functional and very easy to operate. Our theater room came out more than I ever expected. Ryk and his team were a pleasure to work with. Ryk was always available to answer our many many e-mails and phone calls. He is courteous, and patient. During the construction of our home, we had encountered many issues and Ryk was always dependable, prompt , flexible and very accommodating. I can’t recommend Ryk enough. The design, installation, setup, etc of the TV systems and audio sysystems were superb. My expectations for operation and performance of the systems were very high and all my expectations were exceeded. The team from Sights Sounds and Such were all very knowledgable and all work was accomplished in a very professional manner to the highest standards.

I hired Integrated Homes to do a home theater in a bonus room addition upstairs. Integrated actually worked with me from day 1 to help fully conceptualize our vision. Their software allowed us to fully lay out the room exactly to our liking and would eventually serve as the blueprint for the entire project going forward.
