Construction management is a project-delivery system in our toolbox in which we facilitate both design and construction by organizing resources and equipment. It emerged as a delivery method in the 2010 to provide a better project value than the traditional design-bid-build method — Iguana Services Inc. If you hire us as your construction management company, you can rest assured we’ll lead every aspect of your build — from well before groundbreaking until long after the ribbon-cutting. While serving as construction managers at risk, we’ve delivered dozens of building in New York City — always on-time and on-budget. Through the years, we’ve proven ourselves to be a reliable partner, serving the full range of clients — from Largo Investments, Columbia South, Lighthouse Apartments, Coastal Points Construction and private investors. And we’ve led builds on everything from round up 100 unit building, to Major capital Improvements of tens of building portfolios, to single family homes, to specific design projects that are small but very special to handle, we’ve done hotels, distribution centers and stores. I have worked with Otar (Tom) in the past on a large new building construction project in NYC and he was always a hard working, honest, and friendly professional. He plans his work in detail ahead of time, so the quality comes out great and on schedule. Tom is usually reachable by phone, and on the off-chance he is unavailable, he responds back shortly thereafter. He cares about his quality of work, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he works with and making sure the client is happy. I feel comfortable recommending Tom for any of his services you are considering.

Iguana services responded quickly and professionally to help with a failed boiler. They were able to find the proper replacement, have the old one removed and install the new one all within 3 days.
