Ideal Sofa

I worked with Krystyna back in 2014 to have some large customized sofas made that I’d designed. Her guidance was invaluable from picking the fabric to tweaking the designs that best suited my needs. I wanted to wait to see how the sofa held up to the wear and tear of daily life with kids and four pets (2 dogs & 2 cats) before writing a review. Well almost 7 years later, let me tell you, I can honestly say that I would never trust anyone else with my furniture design & upholstery needs! She and her team are simply the best! From every perspective, my experience with Ideal Sofa, can only be termed as outstanding. First, all of the four items I ordered - banquette, couch, bench seat, mattress - were expertly designed, solidly constructed, and much attention was paid to details including shades of colour, grade of leather, type of cushioning, wood and/or steel accents, even the type of thread used. Second, and even more impressive, is the friendliness and work ethic of the staff, specifically Krystyna, Bahareh, Stan, and Sylvester (Slavko). Right from the onset, it was clear that excellent service and workmanship is important to them as they truly care about their customers' satisfaction and they take pride in every piece they produce. What can I say, when the seller takes as much interest and joy in the product as the buyer that receives it, it just doesn't get any better!
