We can recommend this company extremely highly. It is difficult to think of any aspect of our construction project they did not do well. We appreciated their consistent quick responsiveness, clear communication, attention to detail, flexibility, consultation and consideration of our views, coordination and planning, (the right supplies and people at the right time), Their skilled work crews were polite and considerate, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Most important, the workmanship was excellent. We are totally satisfied with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Construction & Remodeling.

We turned to Ideal Construction & Remodeling to create an ADU to be attached to our daughter and her husband's home which would both incorporate and enhance the architecture of their home and provide us a living space we could be proud to call "home." Not only did they make the process a smooth, amenable one, the end result far exceeded our expectations at a cost that we could afford. Zade Jarrar, who worked directly with us, embodies everything you could dream of in a contractor. He listens well, stays on top of every stage of construction, follows through with his promises, returns calls promptly and is respectful and decent to the core. Not only was he accessible and considerate of our concerns, he offered the sam in with the main house and those who have walked inside affirm what we are enjoying, a most spacious looking and feeling home to enjoy in our retirement years.

Ideal are phenomenal contractors to work with. We did a full home renovation that took about 6 months and Ideal and Zade's team can do EVERYTHING. Since it was such a big job/part of our life, I started my search researching over 100 contractors and narrowed it down to Ideal. I'm so glad I put in so much research to end up with Ideal. They are excellent! Also they are trustworthy and great problem solvers. I am high maintenance and particular and I know I asked silly questions, but Zade would try to understand and always figure out how to make us happy. They are also super responsive to anything big or small I always felt like we were in it together, they were up front always about costs before we made choices and stayed true to their estimate. Maybe even over estimated the budget costs. Since it was during Covid and there were supply chain issues, they did things out of order that were more expensive and time consuming that they took on to keep the project moving. Zade and his team stayed on top of details kept ahead and prevented future issues. The work from start to finish had excellent follow-through on all aspects of the project. The crews cleaned-up before leaving each day. Attached are before and after pics, we have many more to show off because we ABSOLUTELY love our house now because of working with Ideal. We knocked downs walls and completely moved the kitchen so its tough to tell the before and afters

Ideal Construction did a major remodel on our house and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were friendly, professional, fairly priced, and got the work done on time and at a high quality. We asked for some additional work be done in the middle of the remodel and they worked with us to ensure it could all be completed on time. Their project managers and tradesmen we're all great to work with, we couldn't have asked for a better experience

Most people shudder at the word "contractor," which is typically associated with unresponsive, unreliable people who will take your money and run when a project is only halfway done. This could not be further from the truth with Ideal; they were an absolute pleasure to work with from our initial consultation all the way through the completion of our massive basement remodel, and beyond (they happily came back to patch and repaint our drywall after an unrelated hvac repair months later). Ideal takes immense pride in their work and will do whatever it takes to make sure it is done properly, and to your satisfaction. Our foreman was in constant communication and treated us like family, going above and beyond to help us with design recommendations, source scarce appliances in the middle of a pandemic, and make sure we were looped in when there were shifts in scheduling. This was our first major reno project, and we are so glad we went with Ideal. We highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely look to them again should we remodel more of our house in the future!

Ideal Construction and Remodeling did a phenomenal job on the updating and renovation of our outdoor living area! From start to finish we were impressed with the company’s superior workmanship, timeline, budget control and excellent communication. Zade and his crew replaced a 26 ft supporting beam and installed 5 new wrapped posts on new footings as well as a new ceiling and outdoor fan under an existing addition. His entire team were highly skilled, hard-working, dependable and cleaned up the work space very thoroughly every day. Zade is a true professional, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and extremely organized. He is easy to reach, answered all our questions, offered helpful suggestions and kept us informed and updated. We really appreciated him being on site for major milestones, quality control and for checking in on progress throughout the project. He also was open to do additional work by leveling our dining room floor and installing extra fans in our house. The finished product is safe, functional and looks fantastic! We would 100% recommend Ideal Construction for any construction or remodeling project and will definitely use them for future projects.

We are so happy that we found Ideal Construction! Of the list of contractors we originally started with, Ideal was actually the only one who didn’t come from a personal reference, but their reviews online were so good and consistent that we added them to our list. In the end, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid, that ultimately our decision to use them was easy (we started with a list of 5 contractors). We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room. A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Texts, emails, calls were all returned quickly. Zade was our project manager and always found time to stop by, even if it meant coming over the weekend or in the evening to accommodate our work schedules. I felt comfortable sending him a quick text whenever I had a question, and he always got right back to me. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Zade if I had a question and our remodel was completed months ago. Secondly, Zade and his crew came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted, while staying within budget. Reusing a door, building out shelving, and even helping me come up with a way to save my beautiful old oak floors that I didn’t want to replace. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using Ideal was the best decision we could’ve made. Lastly and most importantly, Ideal Constructuction is truly just a kind, decent, hard-working family run company! When you hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn't take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many many years ahead. Zade and his crew couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. He seems to work 24 hrs a day, but always made us feel like we were his only project. Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration and a delay with our cabinet makers). Again, Zade and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.

Highly recommend Ideal Construction, they did a great job on our open concept Kitchen remodel! Zade and his team were great to work with, from first consultation through project completion. Zade really listened to what we wanted, he and his architect came up with plans to open up our main level, in a way other contractors said would not be possible. The project came in at budget. As walls came down issues were uncovered, but Zade always came with a solution that had minimal impact to the budget and layout (I/e re-routing plumbing and duct work to still allow for open concept and fixing the original support of our house). Project finished in the original timeline as well, even with delays caused due to permitting, the team was efficient and worked weekends to make up for the lost time. Zade was flexible and accommodating, meeting us on a weekly basis to review progress, setting out the plans for the coming week, getting our input, and communicating timely and with a solution as issues came up. Overall, we love our kitchen, they did a really great job and just a really great group to work with!

Zade and the Ideal team were great. It was a really big project, and it turned out better than we hoped. Random strangers stop when they are walking down the street to tell us how great everything looks. We interviewed five companies, and we liked Ideal the best. We were happy when their price was in the middle of the pack. They connected us with an architect, took care of all permits, etc., and introduced us to a great designer as well. There were no “surprises” or cost overruns. They allowed us to add a few tasks (including an additional bathroom renovation) to the project after we started. They resolved everything on the punch list and did not leave us hanging. In addition to doing high-quality work, they were very accommodating as well. We were able to stay in the house, even with a quarter of the roof missing. They didn’t mind our two large dogs. They cleaned up every day to help minimize the disruption.

Safe and his company helped me with several projects (ranging from outside work, like re-grouting the tiles or replacing house siding to bathroom tiling and dry wall work). I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Zade was very responsive, attentive and flexible as we worked through my projects and made a few changes to the original scope. His team is also very friendly and professional. Thank you Zade!

We had considered quite a few companies for our projects (mainly roof replacement and deck) and are sure glad we went with Ideal Construction and Remodeling! From start to finish we had a fantastic experience. Everybody on our project was very easy to work with. Our project manager was super responsive, had great suggestions and outstanding attention to detail. The team on-site showed a lot of pride in their work and did a quality job.
