Based in Park City Utah, Broman Architects is a small firm able to give personal service on a large variety of projects. Working closely with our clients, we develop distinctive project concepts by considering the special attributes of each site and the unique needs of each specific program. We don’t have one particular Architectural Style, but work with our clients to develop a style that meets their needs, desires and lifestyle. Our objective is to take on a limited number of high-quality projects each year, and to work closely with our clients to produce outstanding results. Current projects include a number of custom homes, several major remodels of dated residences that needed to be upgraded and new additions to homes. Our services include Comprehensive Architectural Services from Design, Construction Documents, Permitting & Entitlements to Construction Administration. We provide the latest in detailed, coordinated, electronic construction documents that allow the client to visualize the project in a 3-D model. We also provide Consulting Services to a broad range of Developers and Master Planned Communities.

Working with Ivan has been a great experience. We hired him as our local architect for an out of state build. He prepared all the construction documents, worked with the county and other agencies to get our project approved and helped with construction management. He has come up with great solutions for problems that have occurred along the way. He is meticulous, always readily available, professional and personal. I would highly recommend Ivan.

Ivan is one of a kind. He is attention to detail is second to none and he takes great pride in his work. Ivan met every time deadline he promised and his attitude remained positive at all times. Ivan went above and beyond and always offered great suggestions. Our project had a lot of opposition from the community requiring many meeting with the planning committee and city administrators. Ivan was always prepared and was rock solid in his presentations. Everything I wanted was achieved and Ivan got it done in the tight timelines I requested. I highly recommend Ivan!

Ivan Broman has been a great collaborator on our Private Family Ranch project outside of Park City Utah along the Provo River. He's a tremendous talent with exceptional knowledge in high-altitude architecture, as well as producing thorough and detailed construction documents. In addition to his architectural skills are his terrific communication and project management skills. For a project as complicated as ours, with lots of diverse and talented "voices" on the team, he's a terrific and committed team player. Broman Architects was instrumental in the tasteful redesign of a 1970's Park City home into a functional, contemporary mountain home. Ivan Broman was on-site and available to us and the builder which was crucial in the remodeling process. Having worked in town for many years, knowing sub-contractors, structural engineers and designers gave Ivan the advantage to expedite changes that needed to be done along the way.

Ivan is a pleasure to work with. He works well with us in translating our vision to a complete architectural design.
