Bought a mirror - it was delivered damaged. As I was away on vacation I could not check it within the 15 days allowed so now I have set fire to $1000 dollars on a poorly made poorly packaged mirror. I note that others have had the same issue so their products are obviously defective. Avoid.

Our client is so unhappy. The lead time is now 7 months for a mirror and keeps getting delayed. Customer service is horrible. Read the reviews and stay away. On top of this extensive lead time, I'm now anxious to see the condition when it arrives from China.

We bought two extremely large dimmable mirrors for our master bathroom. While the mirrors are beautiful, one of the mirrors came in the mail damage. We had a company hired to install and he installed the broken mirror. IBMirror would not help up to remedy the damage any way as the mirror was taken out of the box. I didn't even want to return the mirror, I just didn't want to pay full price for a broken mirror. The customer service is sub par at best and I wouldn't buy from them again. Buy a lighted mirror elsewhere.

We allow 15 days from the date you receive the mirror to notify us of any damage incurred during transport. We have no recourse with the transport company and cannot issue a claim after 15 days. It is very important that you inspect your mirror as soon as it is received.

We bought two expensive lighted mirrors, one did not work. The company sent the ballast for the mirror instead of replacing the entire mirror. I needed to hire an electrian to fix it, incrring an additional expence after paying for the initial installation.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! The mirror I ordered was the incorrect size. I requested an exchange to order a bigger, more expensive, mirror and was told NO flatly and without any further discussion. I understand the need for a return policy but I also know that customer service can support growth in a business. I intend to share this experience as often as I can and in all social media arenas to save others from working with this inflexible company. Home remodels are not always easy. They should offer a more flexible EXCHANGE policy. They also should train their chat support staff to be more friendly . The two team members I communicated with were rude, blunt and unwilling to consider any other option to help me. This is a poor business model! So sorry that this was a HORRIBLE experience!

they sent me a cracked mirror but I didn't open it right away because we had to retile the wall first. When we finally opened it and it was cracked they said they would offer us a 30% discount on a new mirror but would not swap out the broken one. I tried to explain but they had no remorse and I threw away $1400. look at the lower left side of the mirror in the pic.

We appreciate and value our customers and we do sympathize - however - as a business we have 15 days to request a claim with the transport company if an item arrives damaged. We have no choice but to extend this time limit to our customers. This information was clearly indicated on the order confirmation and received by the customer. The mirror was delivered on September 1, 2017 - and we were notified of a crack in the mirror on November 9, 2017 - a full two months later. It was up to the customer to open the box and verify for damage within the first 15 days and it would have been our pleasure to ship a new mirror at no charge. In good faith we offered the customer a 50% discount on a new mirror which he refused. We do sympathize and we always strive to go above and beyond for our customers.

Avoid this group. No communication. Dropped the ball twice on my order. Promised a delivery date in mid-Dec. I called mid Dec, they said it'll be delivered Jan 4. No call, no email on Jan 4, so I called them. They apologized, but it must've got lost in the shuffle. Maybe Jan 15. I cancelled the $1200 order. Awful.

コメント：SchematicThe mirror is 110v and has a 3ft "pigtail" connection on the back - always in the center of the mirror. It's installed the same as any light fixture.
