After having some bad experiences with two other architects, who were more interested in the money instead of the customer, David Iannuzzi really came through with some great ideas and worked patiently with my wife and I. We had never built a house before and really didn't know what to expect. We had some ideas of what we wanted and he expanded on them as we progressed on the project. He also kept us within budget which was very important. He was very creative throughout the project which made for a great house. His fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I were to build another house.

Hiring an architect turned out to be the smartest money we invested when renovating our house that had been originally built in 1896. David had us fill out questionnaires about our wants, needs, likes, and dislikes. We had many conversations in the beginning and throughout the process of the renovation. He stopped in on the project many times and was sometimes a go between ourselves and the contractor. A contractor will get the project done and build whatever you tell them to. However, an architect will help you realize your dream home. David heard everything we said, he heard all of wants, he suggested our windows and doors and they’re beautiful. I never had to look at any doors or windows! Which was a huge benefit because there were many decisions and choices to make along the way. We’ll always be thankful that we hired David and his group to design the plans for our house! Many people ask us about our house and I always mention David and how passionate we feel about the worth of an architect.
