The salesman was polite & seemed to have knowledge of the product. After we hired them, the installers that were sent were less than professional. There were a FEW mistakes that had to be fixed and though they say they stand by their product & after addressing issues with the install, we found out that they are.....but only to their standards. The job was done & looks OK, but not at all what it should look like. I would not hire them for any other work to be done on my home.

In our strong opinion, this project never happened and this "reviewer" was never a client of HWC Home Works Corp. We have a very thorough and complete punch-list process and complaint-handling mechanism and we find no serious Customer complaints in our files from any June 2013 project that were unresolved.

Our employee-installers have worked full-time for HWC for between 14 and 25 years each. They constantly receive rave reviews from the vast majority of our Customers. HWC has been in business for 30 years and has built its excellent reputation, which we defend robustly, around the concept of taking care of each Customer, exceeding expectations and resolving issues as they arise.

It is interesting that this review is posted 21 months after the fact and completely anonymously. In the absence of any identification and a means to address the issue to determine if there is any merit to the review, the only conclusion that we can reach after checking our records is that this is a totally false review.
