Huntsmore undertook a comprehensive renovation of our semi-detached Victorian house. We were very impressed by the Huntsmore team. The work was well managed, completed on time and in line with budget despite being undertaken in the midst of the pandemic.

Eamonn and the Huntsmore team helped me to plan, budget, design, and renovate my flat in 2020. From start to finish I felt that Eamonn understood my vision of the finished product and was able to guide me through the process with minimal hiccups. Knowing that Eamonn was onsite daily and had the same meticulous nature as myself relieved all the stress from a home renovation and I couldn't b more thrilled with the results. He helped us with every aspect of what ended up being quite a large refurb project - and managed to deliver it all on time- quite the feat during lockdown! Working with Eamonn and his team from Huntsmore on our Notting Hill renovation was an absolute pleasure. We were doing it from abroad and, on top of that, during COVID, but Huntsmore handled everything beautifully. Our project was completed on time and there were no surprises. Eamonn has a wonderful eye for detail and pointed out things that might have ordinarily been overlooked. He also linked us up with fantastic specialists and made it so easy for us to do research on our own and to look at different options while we were in London during the construction. The communication from Huntsmore throughout the process was the best we have received from a company during the design build timeframe. This took out much of the stress of the project and we knew that we were in very capable hands. Despite not having all of our belongings and art work in our newly renovated home this fall, Eamonn arranged to have some pieces from our favorite art gallery on loan and shot some beautiful photos so we could see everything. Incredible! We highly recommend Huntsmore - truly top notch and the best at what they do.

We weren't looking forward to starting a renovation project, but our house needed it. We'd reached out to a few other project management and architecture firms but from the very first call with Eamonn, we knew we'd stick with Huntsmore for this and any other construction projects in the future. Right from their reassuring (and smart) fixed fee structure, to being always, always responsive over email or phone, to their ability to handle the unexpected with equanimity, to their willingness to be held accountable, to being personally trustworthy, Huntsmore (and Eamonn himself) have managed to bring calmness and professionalism and clarity to what is a fraught process at the best of times. Allowing a whole rotating cast of strangers into your home for months on end isn't ever pleasant, but it's easier when it's being led by someone who has your back. We somehow lucked into a complicated project and experienced issues and errors (timeline or quality or responsiveness) with nearly every supplier. But Huntsmore worked with all of the suppliers until everything was resolved, and they, and the contractor they'd recommended, were unambiguously supportive during the process. Through the long days of snagging and sometimes re-doing work that was done, or sending back items or having them fixed and re-fixed, we've never felt that they'd refuse to do something that was needed for our home but wasn't worth their time. They managed the situation so we weren't nickel-and-dimed, and often they had higher quality standards than we'd set out. This whole endeavor would've been insurmountable without Huntsmore's help. Overall, Eamonn's managed to combine cool, creative substantive solutions with conflict pre-emption and prevention (not just resolution). If only there was some way to send him to manage the Middle East peace process or the epidemic-du-jour.

Huntsmore helped me with my recent renovation of my project. From the initial exploration of ideas to dealing with Management company to obtain licence to alter, down to minor details, Eamonn & his team were able to handle all for me. Huntsmore helped us from the start to find and appoint the right contractors, and then managed the whole project for us. The team at Huntsmore were excellent! We engaged them to renovate our apartment in Kensington. The property was tired and had not been refurbished for some time. Eamonn and his team redesigned everything, making the most of the space and light available. They introduced a contractor to undertake all of the construction works, and then they managed the entire process, overseeing everything right down to the smallest details. Eamonn and the team worked closely with us on our Notting Hill house in 2018. We refurbished the entire house, a significant personal investment and something we definitely wanted to get right. From concept drawings to final building control sign off, Huntsmore were with us at every step - and over every hurdle (we naturally had a few) - communicating and guiding in a highly professional manner, with only minor works running past the deadline. Initial contracts were clear and additional works that arose during the project were fairly debated (do we really need/want to do this; what are the implications/alternatives?), quoted for and agreed. We felt fully supported throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The Huntsmore team are truly fabulous! They recently completed the full renovation of our house in Fulham, SW6. This involved a rear extension with new kitchen, full refurbishment of the ground floor and redecoration throughout. We were appointed a project manager from day one and made sure everything ran smoothly. Not only were all the large items covered, their attention to detail on the smallest points was really important for us and the team delivered everything that they said they would! We are delighted with the result and so happy to be able to call this home! Would definitely recommend them to anyone doing an involved project and will use them again!

We appointed Huntsmore to undertake our full house renovation in Hammersmith and were really impressed.
