I was really disappointed with Joe & his team. They were supposed to complete my project in 7 weeks (give or take a few as they were "squeezing me in") and instead, it still is not complete. Now, I have a vent that just came through the drywall and I can't get ahold of them to fix it - literally, no response. It's frustrating because I have seen them do great work but I really had to hassle them to even get to this point. Now, we will have to finish it ourselves because they won't come back to finish or fix the work that isn't done right. The grout in the shower is already cracking and no one has even used the shower yet. Just really disappointing overall.

I found Joe Hunt through a radio advertisement on a local radio station and after meeting with him, his ability to make me comfortable in our conversation as well as make it clear he knew what he was doing made my choice pretty easy when we decided to remodel our basement. The work he and his team have done is phenomenal and he did a great job of keeping me in the loop about any scheduling delays or other project details. He also was easy to contact throughout the project whenever I had concerns and he was knowledgable about the responses all the way through. Joe didn't come in as the cheapest bid, but he wasn't the most expensive and he was stayed exactly on target with his bid (only changing the final cost based on the changes I made to what I was looking for). He uses quality materials and the men he hires to work with him have all been very easy to work with also and have helped me to get exactly the basement I was hoping for when we started this project. I think the thing that sets him off from other contractors (and I'm only guessing here because this is my first time working with any contractor), is his availability. While there were times I would have liked him to walk through the project with me (more often than the 4 times he did), he was around anytime I asked him to be and I could call him or text him any time day or night, weekday or weekend, and he would respond very quickly. Awesome basement remodeling. They came up with great ideas, super work ethics and never left a mess. Terrific quality and craftmanship. Highly recommend these professionals.
