We scoured over 100 houses in the Dallas, Plano, McKinney and Frisco area. Once we viewed one of their custom homes that was under construction, we were excited to see all of the opportunities that were possible. It was far beyond what we had seen in the pre-owned market and new construction market. That being said, we were most excited that it came with a reasonable price tag. We felt like we were getting way more for our money than any other houses that were more simple and basic. Once we moved into our new home, we received our first electrical bill. Our new home is 200 square feet larger, and our electrical bill is 70% lower. I would highly recommend the Hensley Premier Builder team to anyone.

Home building is not easy, but we enjoyed working with the Hensley's. We wanted a very specific style and they were able to help us from the design stage through changes made on site to have our dream home become a reality. They really pay attention to detail which was extremely important to me. We have over 1500 square feet of attic that was engineered for future build out and Im sure we will use Hensley Premier Builders for that in the future.
