Charles was extremely honest, reasonable, and thoughtful when it came to our bathroom renovation. He was available by phone whenever it was needed and communicated the process of the work well. I would highly recommend Home Style Designs.

My experience with Charles of Home Style Designs started with the torrential rains in March of 2023. Gutters were clogged and the overflowing water started running down my front door and into the drywall, ultimately ending downstairs. After hiring a remediation company to rip out all the damage I was on the hunt for a contractor to fix the damage. I needed someone to replace insulation, drywall, paint, fix/replace required trim, and install new flooring (Coretec). I got A LOT of quotes but price was only half of the requirements. In addition to a reasonable price, I needed a contractor I could trust. I had heard too many horror stories stories of contractors dragging out work or not being responsive or just doing shoddy work. None of these were issues with Charles. His workers went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did and often did additional work to make things look more seamless since they had to combine the new work so it looked the same as the old work. Originally I had a budget and Charles was more than realistic and gave me a great quote (which was much more reasonable than all of the other contractors I received quotes from). I ultimately ended up choosing a flooring brand that was more expensive because I wanted a particular color and the reputation behind that flooring. Charles accommodated and the quote did go up but based on the pricing I was seeing if I bought it myself, it was more than comparable (plus I didn’t have to learn how to install it myself!). He had no problems fixing things after the job was complete (just little punch lists here and there) and was fully responsive the entire time. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to do home renovations!

Charles from Home Style Design is very reliable, trustworthy & reasonably priced. Some friends had bad experiences with contractors so we were so happy to have found Charles. We relied on prior reviews from his customers and it paid off for us. Charles is a gem ! He is easy to work with, and he had many great ideas and suggestions that really worked out. He really has an eye for detail and it made a big difference. His workers are experienced, very polite and knowledgeable. He and his team did floors, kitchen countertops & vanities for us. We are really enjoying our house so much now as it is truly transformed.

I recently contacted Home Style Designs for a fireplace, bedroom, and bath remodel. Charles was very knowledgeable in assisting me ,with the design and functionality I was was trying to achieve.
Throughout the two month process of design, demo, and installation, his work crews were on-time, professional, and cleaned up when they left each day. I appreciated Charles stopping by daily, to answer any questions and monitoring work progress. He made himself available literally twenty four hours a day.
Overall he and his work crews pay attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.
I highly recommended Home Style Designs.

I was looking at redoing my kitchen. I had 10 different estimates from different companies. Home Style Designs was actually mentioned and recommended in the Rancho Cucamonga news group. I was able to meet with Charles pretty quick who came to my house and took some measurements. It was nice to meet him at his showroom in Upland and have the option to physically see and touch the products he offers. Charles provided clear communication about how the work would proceed. he is very detailed and organized. If I needed anything he was there and answered any of my questions. Charles was always very easy to get in touch with. His workers were very experienced, polite and just amazing! I am very happy to have chosen Home Style Designs and will be working with them on future projects.

We love our renovated guest bathroom! It was a breeze to work with Charles and his team. Very skilled team in every way. They were on schedule, they cleaned after every work day, offered guidance on work that needed to be done, and the final product was impeccable. Charles made sure to keep the project going smoothly. Benito has amazing tiling skills! Will definitely work with them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

We gave Charles the go ahead to re-do most of the downstairs flooring in our home. He guided my wife with the best choice of color and style. All of the old flooring and tile was removed on Monday. The prep and install of the new flooring was completed including the baseboard and re-carpeting of the stairs by Friday afternoon. He came by everyday to check the progress and quality. This was our 2nd project with Home Style Design as we also had our kitchen re-done from top to bottom a few years ago. I confidently recommend Charles as he is very professional and caring about his work and relationship with his clients. Thanks for the quality work!

We needed to update our kitchen and guest bathroom and met with several companies. We eventually chose HomeStyle designs because Charles really understood our short and long term goals with this remodel. From the start and throughout the remodel, Charles never tried to upsell us. He consistently made recommendations that would help keep the cost reasonable. In instances where the initial quote had to increase, even if just by a few dollars, he ensured that we understood why and obtained our consent for modifications. The communication was clear, transparent, and collaborative. Finally , Benito and his team were just outstanding. They worked with integrity, attention to detail, and really respected our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after completing each day and kept us informed of timelines and progress. When we first met with Charles, he mentioned that it was a pleasure for him to be able to work with homeowners. It makes a difference to work with someone who enjoys what they do. I plan to use HomeStyle Designs on our next project and highly recommend Charles and his team.

We were looking at redoing our kitchen and much of the flooring in the house. We had three different estimates from different companies. Home Style Designs was actually referred to us by a friend who had their kitchen redone. We were able to meet with Charles fairly quickly who came to our house and took some measurements. Soon after we met at his showroom in Upland. It was nice to have that option to physically see and touch the products he offered. He allowed us to take several samples home so that we could evaluate everything. He provided clear communication about how the work would proceed and provided detailed written notes on the contract. Once signed, Charles was always very easy to get in touch with. His workers were very experienced and polite. Once the work was done, there were just a few touchups that were needed. Charles was still very responsive and always came through in the end. We are very happy to have chose Home Style Designs.

The choice to hire Home Style Designs for my home renovation was the best choice I’ve ever made! Charles carefully listened to what our goals were for our remodel and offered brilliant ideas and alternatives to make our ideas so much than we could have ever imagined. Charles is exceptional about understanding what is needed to create elegance in our home that will last a lifetime, all at very competitive prices! We contracted with Home Style Designs to replace our kitchen cabinets/countertops, install new flooring, scrape acoustic ceilings, and paint the entire interior of our home. We were extremely happy with all of the work performed. Charles, the owner and designer, transformed our home by choosing beautiful quality materials and improving the functionality of our kitchen. Charles’s crews were all skilled craftsmen. We found them to be courteous, respectful, accommodating, and all meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day. We just had an 80's kitchen remodel completed this weekend. It turned out beautifully!!
Charles provides excellent service. The project was well-designed and executed. We were pleasantly surprised about the length of time it took from start to finish. Communication regarding arrival times and what we could expect with each visit was constant.
The prices are very fair! Above all, Charles is a gentleman. We felt comfortable and supported throughout.
I would undoubtedly use Home Style Designs for future projects as they are worthy of their five-star ratings!

I give Home Style Designs 5 Stars. I chose to contract Charles after many vendor quotes. Charles had completed (2) of my neighbors bathrooms. The jobs were beautiful. Charles worked within my budget to remodel a small bathroom, converting a tub to a shower. His workers were superior. They were on time everyday, very polite, and clean. The workers put in a full day, no messing around. My son is in the plumbing business and was very particular about the job. He gave the job an A+. The job was completed on time and beyond my expectations.
I was considering replacing my downstairs flooring later this fall, and had Charles give me a quote. I thought the quote was so good, and I was so impressed with the bathroom, I decided to go forth with the flooring. I'm so glad I did. It turned out amazing. I highly recommend Charles.

Home Style Designs delivered a completely transformed master bathroom shower that exceeded our highest expectations -- and at a very reasonable price. Charles was very good to work with, communicated well and had some great ideas that we were happy to include in the project. His "ceramic" guy, Benito, does exceptionally masterful work and brought his own experience to help us avoid a couple potential mistakes. Trying to meet our tight schedule and finish before we left on vacation, Charles brought in a substitute for his normal drywall person, whose work had to be redone. Charles was beside himself and extremely apologetic, but followed up diligently to ensure that the work was corrected and finished properly, with minimal inconvenience to us.
We are very happy with the project, and are happy to give Charles and Home Style Designs our highest recommendation.

Charles of Home Style Designs recently did a complete master bath remodel. The major remodel was completed on time to the exact day he said it would be. The one thing that surprised us was how clean Benito was in his every day work habits. We didn’t see any noticeable dustin in our adjoining master bedroom. We provided one side of our garage for his tools and equipment. No other room of our house was affected during the remodel.
Without hesitation we can recommend Charles and Home Style Design.

Home Style Designs did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. I decided to give my business to Charles after getting a number of quotes from others. I did not find any of them to be trust worthy. I made the right decision. Charles and his crew were professional and always on time. He was responsive to all of my questions and requests. I found out about Charles from a friend and when I reached out he was very helpful and the nicest guy ever. Things are never perfect and issues come up but Charles was very helpful and walked us through things. We had him upgrade our kitchen and then my bedroom, which turned out fantastic. His team of people were kind and very good. Luis and Banito are my favorite because they are so good at what they do. One of my favorite things is they clean up after themselves everyday so I am not having to walk around in mess all day. I would recommend Charles and his team for any remodeling.

Charles has been such a blessing! We interviewed numerous contractors before we met Charles. It was such a nightmare, but Charles came into our home, understood what we were looking to do with our kitchen remodel. Took some measurements. In and out, in about 30 minutes. Other contractors were over for 4 hours!! Within a day or so, Charles had designed a beautiful layout for us. His expertise and attention to detail are top notch. Whenever a situation arose, Charles was there with a prompt solution. Always made us feel at ease. We could text him at anytime and he was always responding within minutes. Our kitchen remodel turned into a bathroom remodel, and a stairs makeover. Everything turned out beautiful!! We couldn't be happier! Run, don't walk to see Charles with Home Style Designs if you're looking to remodel your home. You won't regret it!

From the design to the execution…it was a fabulous experience that left us with the kitchen we had always wanted. It was a pleasure working with Charles and staff. Charles helped me create a beautiful kitchen that I couldn’t even image I could create in a small kitchen. It took me several months to find a contractor that understood my vision and small details to create a new look to an old existing kitchen style. Charles came by the house we talked and he knew exactly what I was looking to create plus additional details that I didn’t know I needed to pull off the redesign of the kitchen. It only took one appointment to his showroom and the plans, design, floor tile, cabinets, and accents pieces were chosen. He reduce a lot of stress and anxiety.. His staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I can’t wait to have another project done with Home Style designs.☺️

I love working with Charles and his team. He just finished another project for us. Three years ago he remodeled our kitchen, which still looks amazing! Last week he finished transforming an ugly, dated half bath into a luxurious spa-like full bath for our lucky guests. Charles respects my ideas, my budget, and knows my style sense. I trust his expertise and he always communicates in a timely manner. The project was done to perfection! He will be doing another project for us soon!

After communicating with Charles regarding a bath to shower conversion, I knew that I would have a positive experience working with his team designing/constructing my new walk-in shower. His team showed up on time, worked meticulously on every aspect of the project, communicated on schedule for next day, and cleaned up after each day they worked. I am very pleased with their excellent work, and the walk-in shower, double sink areas, floor look absolutely beautiful! Thank you! Highly recommended!

We just completed our third project with Charles and everything went as smoothly as expected. We found Home Style Designs originally from Houzz reviews when looking for a kitchen contractor. Our kitchen turned out better than expected, and since then, Charles is the one we keep calling when we have more home improvement projects. Charles is professional, honest and fair, which really gives me peace of mind. He works hard to provide good customer service and to ensure that the client is satisfied. I referred him to my friend who in turn referred him to her neighbor. With each project, I did get multiple estimates, but with each one, I found Home Styles to be the most competitively priced, which is why we will be calling Charles once again when it’s time to remodel the bathrooms. Thanks Charles, we love our new floors!

We had Charles and his team remove the old tile and replace it with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The team did a fantastic job!
Here's what I liked:
- Always called me back and communicated.
I ordered my flooring from Flooret, and they delayed the delivery a couple of times. Each time I had to coordinate a new potential schedule. Charles always worked around that constraint and followed up.
- The job was quick and scheduling happened fast.
One of my biggest concerns for this project is having flooring delivered followed by a long delay to install (it is a small place, so having flooring laying around for weeks would have been a challenge). I also have a newborn - so having construction for several days wouldn't be ideal either. The job was scheduled quickly and they finished in a couple of days. The guys doing the job always showed up on time (actually always early) and they hustled. They also cleaned up after.
- Fair price.
We got an estimate quickly and the final bill was for what we had agreed (or really within range).
Sidenote: Charles also worked with my in-laws to remodel their whole kitchen and install vinyl flooring. He did a great job with their place, which is why I decided to work with him in the first place.

We had our bathroom remodeled, and absolutely love the completed job. Charles made the remodel so easy. He helped us with everything from the tile, to the paint, to the color of our cabinets. In addition, he stayed in contact with us throughout the job, and even stopped in several times to check on the quality. I would absolutely recommend Charles and his company to everyone.

I have had the pleasure of having Charles and his crew work on my home. I had just gotten the keys, and needed some work done. Charles was the only company (Fresh Homes) that could - and did- start immediately. Under this company, my house went through floor remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, carpet remodel and fresh new paint throughout the interior. It was all done in a well-timed manner. His crew members that worked (Sergio, Benito, Jose, Julio, Walter, Ricky, Jimmy, etc.) showed commitment, integrity and high performance skills in what they were hired to do. I especially appreciate the excellent form of communication each of Charles’ workers had with me. Every time they showed up to work, they would tell me what they will do, and every time their work day was finished, they updated me on what they did get done that day. They always followed through with what they said they would do in terms of their work. I am very happy with my home now that it is completed. Charles and his crew also were able to work within my budget. Thank you Charles!
PS.: Charles and his crew also dished out real good life advice to me, a young first-time home owner.

Charles and his crew did an amazing job in my kitchen. He was very patient with me throughout the whole process and I know that was difficult, haha! I had a hard time choosing what I want and in this time, stock is hard to find and lead time is usually far out. With that being said, Charles got my installation done in less than 5 days. From having nothing in my kitchen to a full kitchen in a week was amazing and something no other company was promising. Not only did he promise, he delivered. My kitchen is amazing. I love it. 10/5 stars.

I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with as my job was complex and a hodgepodge of what I already had existing in my bathrooms with a mix of installation of new. Nonetheless, Charles and his team was willing to work with me on my requests and facelifted my bathroom from the late 1970s to now update modern bathroom. And made my transition really easy in regards to working around my schedule and helping with the moving of furniture to install new laminate flooring throughout the 2nd story and stairs. The stairs look beautiful and as does all the flooring work.

Charles and his crew have done it again! They remodeled our master bath and did an Outstanding job. We feel like we are on vacation when we wake up! We made changes along the way and Charles was extremely accommodating and made sure we got everything we wanted. And Benicio, the tile master, is Amazing as well! We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend his company. I’m a terrible photographer and the pictures don’t do the remodel justice, but we LOVE it. It was a complete transformation from what we had!

Always friendly and helpful. It was originally a nightmare situation with another company for the mantel, but with Charles help we were still able to find a solution to redesign our fireplace. We are extremely happy with the look and professionalism of the work. I would be happy to call and work with Home Style Designs on future projects.

We searched for a while looking for a contractor to update our guest bathroom. We found Home Style Design on Houzz and thought we would give them a try. We feel blessed that we had Charles and his team do the project. We have never seen the level of conscientiousness that they displayed. From demo to final details Charles and his team were focused and innovative. We appreciated being able to speak with Charles about 'possiblities' and he provided creative options for us. In the end, Home Style Design transformed the bathroom to a beautiful oasis. I am most impressed with how Charles was always involved with direct supervision and he even demonstrated his expertise by doing some of the job himself. For the Inland Empire in Southern California, we are very fortunate to have his company here. We will hire Home Style Design again on our future projects.

Charles was amazing to work with. He replaced our 20 year old flooring. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was very meticulous in every detail. His top-notch customer service, patience, and genuine wish to do what is best for his clients is what made us choose him out of more than a dozen contractors that we had seen.
His crew was also very professional and worked well with one another. They were punctual, meticulous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Sergio is a very hard worker, and made sure the job got done. And a Great job they did. Looks like a new house!
Many thanks to Charles and his crew! Looking forward to our future project with Charles. We have already wholeheartedly referred him to friends and neighbors.

Charles is wonderful to work with. This was our second project with him. We remodeled a small bathroom. As always his recommendations were perfect and project was completed in the agreed upon time line. We are extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out. We had a master bedroom/ master bathroom remodel. done by Charles. Charles was great to work with. He was excellent at helping us design to accomplish our goals and control costs. He is great with design suggestions, and his ability to complete the project on time and with high standards is excellent. Once the project begins there is no wasted time. He helped us to pick the correct materials to complete our vision. His attitude is great and he is a pleasure to work with. Very receptive and customer service oriented, and flexible to design tweaks during construction. He has a great ability to solve issues that may arise during the project. We just had our master bathroom remodeled, and we couldn't be happier with the results! We had gotten several other estimates, but the major reason we decided to go with Charles is his eye for design. Unlike other companies, he invited us to his showroom and helped us pick out all the materials so we could see how it would look all together. The work was completed in the time frame we were given, and each of his team members was courteous and paid special attention to all the little details. We will definitely go back to Home Style Designs when it's time to remodel our kitchen!

Had my floors done. They did a great job and in a timely manner. There was a lot of detail in how the floor was put in that I couldn’t find any faults. The workers were respectful and on time. They did my kitchen 2 years ago and it still looks new too. I will certainly use them again to do my bathroom.

Charles and his team were excellent. I had trouble picking out the floors for the first floor and Charles had great recommendations and I am in love with my floors. Home Style Designs did a great job on our upstairs bathroom. It's about a 10x10 room, so it was quite a project. We just had them leave the plumbing- tub, shower, toilet and vanity where it was and upgrade everything. We were pleased with the final results. Charles was very helpful in putting together materials - tile, counter top, etc., That matched well.

Home Style Design (HSD) has completed a very extensive master bath remodel, and new counter top and sinks in a second bath as well as the installation of engineered hardwood flooring in 4 bedrooms. We were referred HSD by a neighbor who had had them remodel their master bath. Our adventure with HSD started with the owner Charles surveying our existing baths. We then met Charles in his showroom in Upland Ca. Charles was extremely knowable in all design aspects and was very helpful in picking the style and quality of the material to be used. A competitive quote to perform the work and a start date and task duration were provided, and we accepted. The remodeling was extensive approximately 1 month to complete. Charles' HSD team and all his subcontractors performing the remodeling and flooring efforts were quality craftsman that were very courteous and professional. An area cleanup was performed each day before they left. We're extremely pleased with everything that was accomplished. We would use and/or recommend HSD to anyone.

HSD remodeled the following;
Kitchen - cabinets, lighting, floors, faucet, painting
My property needed restoration from an unexpected water damage and had to place my family in a hotel for 3 weeks. The following areas of my home needed some work immediately and HSD came to the rescue.
Kitchen - cabinets, lighting, sink, flooring
Bathroom - cabinets, floors, sinks, faucets, painting
Bedroom - floors, painting
The owner was professional and timely with estimates, scheduling and crew schedule.
Overall, the job was delivered satisfactorily and we were happy.

We hired Home Style Designs to install over 1500sf of tile for our new home. They did a very good job. Charles, Diego and Benito are all very professional and helpful. The tiles were installed beautifully. The team was also very clean. We would hire them again for more renovation work.
