When we sit down with you to take your vision and turn it into a concept on paper, we have to be able to think like all of the trades that will be involved in your new home. This is where you find out if your contractor is a pro or just another designer trying to sell you some cabinets. We have been working in the home improvement industry since 1992. We have many projects under our belt, but we always seem to run into a new situation in every job we do. Most of these are minor but there are always a few that turn into real head scratchers. Every time one of these situations comes up they must be solved. This is where we excel as a remodel contractor. We find solutions so that we can complete the job to your satisfaction.

We wanted our bathroom which had a tub but no shower to be converted to a tub and shower. It wasn't as easy as it seems because of the size of the space. I had a budget in mind and contacted Homeowner Concierge to see if they were interested in the job. We agreed on a design and budget and agreed on a start date. I was very impressed with the professionalism and high standards of the craftsmen who did the job as well as Dan, the owner. There was an issue that Dan spotted after completion that I could have lived with but Dan insisted that it be re done. Budget was maintained and we are delighted with the job.

We hired Homeowner Concierge to help us remodel a powder room & transform a laundry room into a mud room. They relocated the washer & dryer to the basement for us, removed a door that was no longer needed, replaced three other doors (including making one a pocket door), tiled the floor & replaced the bathroom vanity & fixtures. The project included some framing & drywall work as well as installing tile & making the vanity (which we'd purchased off etsy - and wasn't your standard vanity configuration) work with the plumbing. We're very happy with how the project turned out. What used to be a laundry room that gathered junk as we walked into the house is now a really pleasant entryway.
