Great structural engineers. I worked with Holmes Culley through a recommendation from my architect. We are adding an additional floor and garage beneath the existing structure. They not only made the house earthquake safe, but also were are top notch problems solvers. We have an interior staircase that was a challenge. We wanted to make the area as open as possible without the usual pillars supporting the landing. The team I worked with was courteous, helpful and listened carefully to our wishes. Holmes Culley then worked with my contractor and came up with a brilliant idea using a hanger and rod support system, We now have a great looking staircase. We're proud of the solution and look forward to getting plenty of good use out of it.
