We have always had a passion for building structures. We are intrigued by the many ways to go about the process and using techniques that are best suited for our clients, our environment and most importantly the longevity of anything we build. We strive to always be learning and evolving, in building this is a never ending endeavor as the construction industry has made huge strides and changes in the last few decades and will continue to do so. Both founders/owners of HM Custom were born and raised in the Seattle area. We have seen the area grow and evolve and take an immense amount of pride in being a part of that and having the ability to build high quality homes that enhance our community and clients lifestyle. Our license, insurance, and expertise allows us to complete entire home remodels, large and small additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and almost all aspects of home improvements. We strive to find clients who want a high performance home, thus giving us the ability to deliver a durable building envelope and an investment that will last decades to come. I hired HM Custom after being referred to them from a co-worker. We needed a complete kitchen remodeling. The kitchen was very out of date and required some serious improvements. Greg & Cory showed up on time and my wife and I felt very conformable with them from the start. We received their bid 2 weeks later. We had received cheaper bids, but decided to go with HM Custom based on the rapport my wife and I had established with Greg & Cory. They were very transparent through the whole process, we were never billed for anything that we didn’t know about. They kept their work area very clean and tidy (this was very important because we were living in the house during the renovations). If you are looking to get quality work done with an honest and trustworthy company, go with HM custom.

HM Custom did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. They were professional, organized, reliable, transparent, and very fair not their quote. its always scary when picking a contractor, but I couldn't be happier that we picked HM Custom, and we will definitely be using them again.

We hired this company for a complete bathroom remodel in 2017. They were professional, organized and very easy to work with. Our neighbor had her bathroom remodeled with mold and cracked floor tiles. We have had no problems. The floor and shower tile work show their commitment to high quality, skill and integrity in their work. Recently we hired this company again for a full kitchen and another bathroom remodel; both with tile and cabinet challenges. The completed projects were beyond our expectation. Attention to detail, skill and competence were evident. The company checked in with details and suggestions. Actually, saving us a costly mistake by the cabinet company. They were priced fair, thoughtful and thorough. We were more than satisfied with the results on all three projects.
