The work was professionally done and Heathers knowledge of what and how to stage the house was a testimony to the ability to show and sell the house. She has taken the most challenging of spaces and turned them completely around. She is a true artist and visionary. Heather was amazing. I was overwhelmed with a quick decision to sell and get the house ready for buyers to look at. Heather came in told me what to keep, what to move or donate. She provide paint ideas, noted items to remove or replace even provided pictures of suggested items to replace such as lighting and towel hooks. I followed her advice, did everything she said to do. Heather did an excellent job staging my townhouse for sale, and it was beautifully presented for viewing by potential buyers. In addition, her customer service was absolutely outstanding, as the following account will demonstrate. I had originally arranged for staging to be done by another professional, who came to look at the property and committed to doing the installation the day before the first open house. Less than a week before the scheduled date, the other stager notified me that she had not communicated my job to her scheduler, she would be out of town on the date we had agreed upon, and she would need to delay my job by a week. I frantically texted my realtor, who recommended Heather's Houses. I was on vacation in rural Oregon at the time, and sent a text to Heather explaining my situation and the urgency to have staging done before the open house. She replied immediately and said that she could do the installation on the date I needed. She met me to look at my (vacant) property when I returned from vacation and did the staging two days later. I am forever indebted to her for her responsiveness, for enabling my open house to proceed with a staged house as scheduled, and to be decorated so beautifully. The furnishings she selected were lovely and beautifully arranged, but they were also tasteful and inviting. The house did not look like a sterile interior decorator's showcase, it looked like a warm space that real people would want to live in. Heather and her team are just fantastic. Her professionalism is refreshing and her attention to detail is incredible. She takes out so much of the work for myself and my clients when selling the home. From suggestions to paint colors, what to replace, remove or repair, her evaluation is extremely helpful! Then, when it comes to her staging, it is perfect. I've found it difficult to find stagers to properly fill larger spaces, Heather's furniture is scaled to fit the room, and the amount of accessories truly makes it feel welcoming.
