I bought a rustic oak door from this company and I am delighted with the product .the staff were a pleasure to deal with and it came on time , I will certainly buy two more doors for the bedrooms and would recommend very highly

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Here is my story. I got a quote which was about 80% higher than my previous order, phoned up they reduced the price to the previous level. I placed the order, they took the payment twice, phoned me up to say that they couldn't fulfill the order because they would make a loss on it and they would need to refund the order. This call was on the Thursday but they didn't refund to the Friday meaning it takes a further 3 days for the money to clear, so I was nearly £3K down on my bank balance so I didn't have funds to purchase from a PROFESSIONAL company who would fulfill my order for nearly a week. So my bank balance is £3K down and I have orders piling up without any oak to use to make my orders. Absolute joke of a company, if you take peoples money, then you can't just cancel an order - you have to fulfill it and take the hit.

Economy oak flooring and skirting board purchased for a ongoing renovation project.. Disappointed with quality and high ratio of small sizes ( smaller than the min stated in their ads) in the order. Joiner wouldn't use the pieces with major faults through them , and initially they were exchanged. As more was purchased to complete the project, they changed their policy, leaving me with a large amount of unusable planks. Costumer services were unwilling to deal with this, satisfactory, even refusing to give me an alternative person to contact. I would never use them again.

As you can appreciate, these boards were brought back approximately 6 months after initial purchase, the majority of the boards were cut into, damaged and drawn on by yourself making us unable to exchange these as they did not arrive back to us in the same condition they were supplied in. You also made us aware that these boards were wastage left over that were being stored in your garage.
You spoke to the site manager (Kim) who also explained the same due to the condition we received these boards back in.
The flooring you ordered was a special offer between 300-1200mm so the shortest length you have ever received is 300m Long. You have been in on two occasions previously where we have exchanged the boards you were unhappy with, the policy did not/has not changed however we as explained we are unable to accept boards that your joiner has cut openings and drawn allover.
We do apologise you were unhappy with the outcome however as per the terms and conditions there is nothing we can do on this occasion.

I recentley contacted heritage doors and floors to get a price for a solid oak floor i required they were very helpfull as i had a lot of questions to ask. The lady i spoke to offered to send a sample which i recieved 2 days later. I called back a fews days later to place my order for the rustic solid oak flooring took 7 days to arrive on the day that suited me. The flooring is now fitted and is perfect and excellent quality. I would definatly reccomend this company and i am looking to do another room. Thank you very much very happy customer.
