Everyone I've met from this company is knowledgeable and courteous. Mark did a great job estimating the job and knowing exactly what was going to be needed when transferring from carpet to tile in several rooms. Jen was extremely helpful about trends and colors. We did about 1200 sq ft in porcelain tile. The work crews were all very knowledgeable and worked continuously while they were here for 6 days. I love my floor. They also did carpet for me in one room in the spring and I had the same experience which is why I went back.

I have been very pleased with the work Heritage provided on a kitchen tile backsplash redesign and installation. They did an excellent job recommending glass and subway tile to complement colors of existing tile flooring and a quartz countertop. Nice work - thanks Heritage!

Had a fireplace to update, and stopped in Heritage to look at the tile. We ended up getting slate for the fireplace and then needed to fix living room carpet since we remodeled the fireplace. Heritage pieced the carpet and you could not tell, they have great workers who are very talented when it comes to carpet. When we remodeled our lower level we got vinyl flooring that looks like wood. They put that in and we love it. Very good place to shop.
