Henry's Purveyor of Fine Things

We had/are having a fantastic experience with the staff at Henry's - I saw "are having" because we have a house that is about a year and a half old and we are completing our decorating and design in stages. This past weekend, we received our order for the main floor living room/dining room areas and we are just THRILLED with the dining room table/chairs, the living room sofa and arm chairs, area rug and various accent pieces we ordered. Janice and Kirsten have been really lovely to work with - always open to ideas and suggestions, quick to respond to inquiries, and very talented, as made clear by the wonderful results with our main floor design. We are really excited for the next phase!

We hired Henry's to assist us with staging our condo. The designers came in and did a wonderful job on our space - they brought in complimentary pieces that worked well with what we already had. The staging looked so beautiful and certainly helped with the sale of our condo! I would highly recommended the decorating services of Henry's for your home decor needs. The staff are very helpful, and efficient - we would definitely hire them again!

I am a local interior photographer in Edmonton and was excited to shoot for Henry's PFT! I have seen their unique staging and furniture items, and could not wait to see it in action in one of Edmonton's top upscale executive Condo. The design and items chose made for easy photographing as every hand picked item complimented it's surrounding. There was no feeling for ordinary box store items staged here. It was one classy residential work of art!

I used Janice from Henry's to design our basement renovation. They stayed with us right from the layout of the floor plan to the curtains over the Windows. They helped us create a fireplace area that has become my favorite room in the house. Thry helped us with fabrics, and paint and accessories. I just love what they are able to do. And their retail space is gorgeous.

The women at Henry's help us pick colours for our new home that fit with some of our existing furnishings; we also ordered some items from them including a couch and a rug. We are very happy with the quality of the couch, a style that we hadn't found anywhere else; and the colours truly transformed the look of our home. We also found that they listened to and considered what we were looking for in putting together their recommendation.

My husband and I bought a new condo with a very challenging layout , Janice and Kirsten did a fabulous job of utilizing every square inch of space ! Janice drew up a plan , Kirsten helped with fabric and furniture selection , Janice came with each delivery to make sure everything went according to plan and on the last shipment of furniture they both came and helped me with the final accessorizing to pull it all together at no extra charge ! I love my new space and would highly recommend them , I'm a very satisfied client

We hired Janice and Kirsten to help us with our sitting room on the main floor to make it more comfortable but also child friendly. They developed the most amazing plan and provided great direction for the pieces in the room and colors that suited us. When everything was ready to be delivered, they came and set it up and left us with an incredible space that is better than what we could have imagined. They are friendly, kind, professional and amazing at what they do. We have had so many compliments on our space and can not say enough good things about Henry's and their team.

I hired Janice Funston one of the Interior Decorators at Henrys to help me redesign my new loft. I recently moved into a new loft that has no available storage, and is extremely small (>700 sq feet), so Janice definitely has had her work cut out for her. Everything Janice has suggested has been done so with a lot of thought. She's definitely spent a lot of time on my space creating floor plans, creating color schemes, and developing an absolutely beautiful design. I was able to give my vision for my new space and a budget, and Janice has made it come to life! I was able to get custom pieces, and made to order upholstery (that is all Canadian made) and still stay well within my budget! My place is starting to come together, and I can't wait to see it all put together once we are complete with everything! :) 10/10 for the ladies at Henrys! They've gone over and above all of my expectations! I am SO happy with what they've done!

The interior decorators are very experienced and knowledgable. We had a space plan done for our bonus room. The space was utilized completely which allowed for maximum seating. The sectional was customized to fit along the wall where it was situated. They took our input into consideration while working on our space plan which resulted in a space we love. It is very functional. We could not have done this on own. We would recommend or use Henry's in the future.

We worked with Henry's for a couple things related to our basement renovation. First was the space plan. We were essentially working with a blank slate, and needed help deciding on where to put the bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, how many bedrooms, etc. Janice made an awesome floorplan that neither of us would have thought of, and it has made it such an awesome space. We also reupholstered several couches and chairs and purchased a lot of the fabric from their awesome selection. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they also understood our tastes without pushing us to choose something we didn't like. Highly recommended!

I started shopping at Henry's when it first opened with the orginal owner, who nmed the tore after her dog Henry. Henry was always in the store with the owner and we were allowed to shop with our pup in her store. The store has moved just around the corner and has new owners. Henry's is bigger now and has lots of interesting items that one can purchase for decorating your home and or if your looking for a unquie gift Henry's will have it. Love shopping there.
