We contacted Rojas Empire of Design to assist with the necessary drawings and help the client with design decisions. They were quick to respond and flexible with the client's schedule. When a recent condo renovation required a 'engineer drawings' in order to get condo board approvals for opening walls, our contractor recommended we get in touch with Henry for this task. After speaking a few times with Henry on the phone about the situation, he came to better understand that the ask was not so clear so he directly reached out to the condo management on our behalf for further clarifications. Upon Henry and his team completing the measurements from the site visit, they worked hard to expedite the drawings and obtain the engineer approvals so that it could be presented to the condo board ASAP.
