Studio Petretti was so great to work with. We hired Amanda to design our 700 square foot detached ADU, and then to oversee the construction. The design if beautiful and modern. Amanda made all the design decisions so easy by showing us different options at different price points. I’m really glad we hired her for construction oversight because she was so skilled at communicating our needs to the contractor. And she noticed all kinds of specific issues with the craftsmanship that we wouldn’t have caught on our own. Amanda is a hard worker, a great communicator, extremely pleasant and personable, and a good value.
