Helene was wonderful to work with and created a beautiful, thoughtful design to meet our needs and bring our vision to life. She really guided us throughout the process as it was our first time building a custom closet. She was easy to communicate with and always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The Closet Factory install team was super professional and efficient. I highly recommend working with Helene and Closet Factory!

Great job from start to finish Helene did a very nice job with the design, despite having to complete the process entirely via Zoom, and Angel showed up bang on time and did an equally great job on the install

I just had Closet Factory redo my garage...all new floors and much needed storage space. Dealing with Helene was a real pleasure. She was knowledgeable about the products and the process and very responsive to any issues I had. If you need a garage makeover or any other closet in your house I definitely recommend Closet Factory and Helene specifically.

Helene provided incredible, detailed knowledge and service. She created a master bedroom and 2 other closets as well as an office and laundry room pantry and basement storage solution for ski and summer gear. She delivered everything in top quality as well as beautiful, functional and the best part of the house!

Helene was extremely accommodating with our schedule, budget and indecisiveness! You couldn't ask for a better consultant. She was also current on style which was a bonus. We could trust and depend on her. Again, her ability to be patient and be very mindful of our budget was fantastic.

Helene is knowledgable, professional and very helpful with suggestions and ideas for existing closets and new construction. She helped with a plan for a new closet and helped with new configurations of five additional closets. She also helped with a laundry closet and hooks for. a basement hallway and stairway. She was a pleasure to work with. I needed to make a change in one closet and she promptly assisted me with this. Her measuring was exact.

We recently used Helene to do the closet in our nursery. While it was a seemingly small project, it was of upmost importance to maximize the small space and storage options given the small size of the nursery (second child problems). Helene came highly recommended by our interior designer- she replied promptly to my emails and we set up a house visit in under a week. She is knowledgeable and has great suggestions. She is very easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to using her again for some larger projects!

It was a real pleasure to work with Helene Tatkow and the Closet Factory team on our project. We turned a bedroom into a walk in closet. Here was very professional, very detailed oriented and she provided numerous advice and ideas to make our dream walk in closet. Not only the space is super functional but it is also gorgeous!

We couldn’t of worked with anyone better than Helene. She knows her business extremely well, has many years experience and also loves what she does. She listens to what you want/need & offers great advice. She is very easy & fun to work with, not pushy always keeping your needs in mind. We are so happy with our new closets and would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat.

After looking into many different companies on the North Shore, I selected Closet Factory to install a closet system in my Master Bedroom Closet during our Master Bedroom/Bathroom renovation. The quality of the system is top-notch, and I loved that there are so many options to select from, so no matter what the budget they are able to accommodate your style and taste. I worked with Helene Hass Tatkow who was friendly, knowledgable, and always available with suggestions and information. I would quickly suggest Helene and the Closet Factory to anyone looking to add a closet system to their home.
