We have used Matt for 2 jobs and have been extremely happy with his work. He did our master bath several years ago, including installing heated floors, tile flooring, walls and shower and did an excellent job. So, when we decided to renovate our kitchen, we didn't hesitate to use Matt again, this time installing a tile backsplash and floor to ceiling fireplace tile. Matt is meticulous and doesn't cut corners and the results speak for themselves. If you hire Matt, you can count on the job being done right. I highly recommend Matt!

Matt Heinrich from Heinrichs Custom Tile & Stone is truly one of the best in the business. I was renovating another 2nd floor bathroom from 1905 and decided to hire out the tile work on this particular job. It was a complete tear out down to studs and floor joists. Needless to say there was nothing square, level or plumb about the area. We were installing in-floor hydronic heat and our stone design was rather intricate so everything regarding surface prep and construction needed to be perfect. Matt decided to recreate the old time mud floor to accommodate the hydronic tubes and create a level surface. His attention to detail and forward thinking approach in the layout phase was the only reason our design turned out the way we had wanted. The finished product is extraordinary as was the service. Matt is a true craftsman!

Matt has done 2 tile jobs for us and both experiences were perfect. He is neat, professional, efficient, and considerate. Our tile is beautiful. I would highly recommend him (and I have recommended him) to friends looking for a tile professional. If you want the job done right, he is your guy.

We contracted with Matt to redo our master bath, including floor tile, tub and shower unit. In addition, he did the floor tile in two other upstairs bathrooms. The floors also had heated coils installed. Matt did a great job - very professional and thorough. In addition, he did the necessary plumbing, drywall repairs, baseboards and other work to complete the job. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is looking for a well-qualified professional for tile work and then some.

Matt, did a fantastic job. we contracted him to put full tile in shower/bath and floor in bathroom. his design suggestions for the bath were excellent! the workmanship was beyond professional and the plumber subcontractor commented on it being the best he had ever seen. Matt was honest, trustworthy and dependable. he delivered the job on time and beyond expectations. better yet - IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED!

Matt is a amazing contractor. He works very hard and does fantastic work. He had no hidden costs. His estimate was accurate and time line was exactly what he said. I have used Heinrichs for a couple of new locations. What i like most about them is that the work is always done right the first time. That goes really far in todays world. They are the only place i would call for flooring needs.

Matt Heinrich did the tiling of my shower/tub area. He did an excellent job. He was neat, courteous, and prompt in doing the work. Matt assisted me in in ordering the correct number of tiles. He consulted with me about the job and as he was working he checked in with me to see if everything was being done the way I wanted it to be. Once he started the job, he worked until he completed it. He had everything completed within three days.

Just as importantly, he gives honest opinions about things that you should consider with a project, which in my case was that polished marble may not work the best with a children's bathroom for a variety of reasons (he was totally right). He provides a perspective that is helpful to me, as a homeowner. I am totally satisfied with his service, attention to detail, and beautiful results.

Matt has done several tile jobs for us. He tiled our shower walls, bathroom floor, fireplace surround, and kitchen backsplash. I am very picky and his quality of work does not disappoint.
