I have known the owners and some of the employees of Master Touch for over 6 years and have had them work on the interior of my home. We have had dry wall splitting and nail pops repaired in such an expert fashion I am in awe. I normally do small jobs myself but ceilings and great room heights have me in need of their services. They are great with communication and working in a clean environment. The quotes were quick, reasonable and the service superior to most of what friends have had with other companies. As for some of the other reviewers, weather and scheduling issues are always problems with any contractors for exterior work. Some people are never satisfied and unrealistic. This has never been my experience with this company they went above and beyond with professionalism, cleanliness and work ethic. They have always stood by their products and workmanship. I am a satisfied customer and intend to use their services in the future.

Have used Master Touch on many different projects on our rental properties and flips over the years. We have used them for interior & exterior painting projects as well as whole house rehabs. Always happy with the results, fairly priced, good communication , just scheduled another job with them this week. Highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend Master Touch for exterior painting. They are unreliable and will not make your project a priority. I signed the proposal and sent a deposit last fall to secure a spot on the spring schedule. Master Touch didn’t start work on my house until July. Clearly the owner Frehier schedules too many jobs and makes promises to customers that he cannot keep. I understand work gets pushed back due to bad weather, but the crew did not continue work on my house even when the weather was good. After being delayed “due to rain” for many months, Frehier texted me in the morning that he would send guys to see how much prep work was required. I came home to most of the paint scraped off the back of my house and old paint all over my yard. There was no tarping or cleanup whatsoever. I sat down with Frehier on a Friday to finalize the contract. He never mentioned an extra charge for additional prep work. When I received the revised contract on Tuesday, the price was more than twice the original quote! They added $7,000 for “high preparation” (scraping and priming), which was already included in the original proposal. Doubling the cost mid-project without a reasonable explanation is completely unacceptable. When I told Master Touch to stop working on my house, the owner said they could use cheaper materials to cut costs. I asked him to send me an updated estimate and he never did. I am very disappointed with the management of this company and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a condo and had family offer to get the accent wall I wanted done professionally done as a house warming gift. As this was a gift, I was not involved in the process other than picking the color. However, this wall had previously had wallpaper on it and was in rough shape because of it. It needed to be cleaned, repaired, and sanded before painting. I stressed this to my family. The proposal I saw from Master Touch said to repair wall. The company kept blowing my family off on scheduling it until they demanded the deposit back. Then magically they could work us in 2 day later. Unfortunately, repair wall apparently means to sand a little and that is it. That is all that was done. It looks horrible. Every gouge or mark left on the wall from the wallpaper is visible. Disregarding that, the paint job itself is severely lacking. The paint bleed onto the other wall on the edges, leaving unclean lines. It does not look like a professional paint job. I could have invited a few friends over and ended up with a better looking wall for the price of pizza and beer. Would never use again. Use at your own risk.

Master touch did a wonderfull job for us they painted my sons bedroom just the color he wanted he was so happy when it was completed they where very promt and very polite what a great job can't say enough good thing about this company

Master Touch did a wonderful job painting the exterior trim on my home. They were reliable, honest and completed the job in the stated time frame. I will hire them again for any future painting jobs.
