Michael Fehmers is a very creative and tasteful person in the high tech world. He is an excellent evaluater of the specific needs of a client. I am a film producer and desired my first whole home automated system for our remoldeled Brentwood home. Michael came up with a set of insightful and probative questions and once answered he set out to design a trio of options for my wife and I. It is now 9 months later and we love our system and use it in a great many unanticipated ways. We actually watch more television and movies but better programming due to Michael's design, and the ease of use. We listen to more of our music and more new music on Pandora and Slacker Radio. Michael was always prompt, curteous, and had an excellent solution to the few issues we had as were getting used to our system. He was always there to stand behind his design as well as his system. We continue to use him as we expand our viewing and listening. He will be the one to install a new Media room when we finish the next phase of our renovation and addition. All of this has been accomplished with the greatest attention to detail and with the special needs of a much loved 1926 Spanish Revival home in mind. Full AV buildout for 6,000 SF house. 10 TVs, 15 sound zones, indoor/outdoor, fully distributed audio and video, plus several off the run solutions to user specific issues (i.e. ability to move telephonic conference calls to ceiling mouting speakers in the shower to hear calls in "listen only" mode). Basic process was as follows: 1. Consulted on the pre-wire for new build. Evaluated a variety of options and provided value added insight on different approaches and how to maintain maximum options due to changes in future technology. 2. Helped to evaluate bids from providers. 3. Outlined options for a variety of approaches to AV distribution, including using a control system and not using a control system. 4. Provided a variety of estimates and was very helpful in value engineering the process. 5. Clean install in line with timing. 6. Iterated to remove the kinks that are inherent in a large and complex AV install. 7. Very responsive ongoing support. Overall, very sophisticated and thoughtful professional who tailored a system to my specific needs and addressed my concerns.

Michael Fehmers is WONDERFUl...so easy to work with. He is readily available to provide excellent customer service, before, during and after installation. I wouldn't hire anyone else!
