We are delighted with our new kitchen from Haus 12, it has become the room we spend most time in as John’s design and ideas have completely transformed the space. John is an expert in kitchen design and knows his products inside out, this meant that he was able to offer options and alternatives that we may not previously have considered. The result is an amazing high quality kitchen that is unique to us. John took time to get to know us and the type of kitchen we were looking for. Nothing was impossible, even under floor heating! In the fitting, every detail was considered and no corners were cut. The installation team were fantastic, especially Lee, who took the utmost pride and care in every thing he did. We couldn’t have wished for better and would definitely recommend Haus 12.

The Old Forge, Belford - Why go to multiple/high street kitchen retailers thinking you will get the best price? I cringe when I see friends or colleagues going to high street chains knowing how much they may spend for what can only be called a sub standard quality compared to what you will get from Haus12. We have an amazing kitchen, designed by the lovely John, a great guy who will meet your needs in every way. We would not change anything in our kitchen and John made our vision reality (and more). If you think you can get a kitchen cheaper else where, you are right, but the difference in quality will be a hundred miles apart in difference. I have been meaning to type this review for a while, (sorry John!) but as time goes by, I still love our kitchen and it looks as good as it did the first day it was done. Professional from start to finish, challenging my ideas in a good way so we achieved a perfect kitchen and with a fantastic fitter to complete the project. First class without having to be a millionaire to achieve high quality.

John at Haus-12 created a stunning and efficient kitchen for us. He was able to contend with both our changing whims as well as various external difficulties with supply chain. Our vision was quite different to many of his other projects but this didn't matter at all as he was effortlessly able to capture what was important to us and simply make it happen. The result is a modern, stylish kitchen but with real sensitivity to the old-fashioned farm-house vibe of the house. We love it. He has also really looked after us in terms of after-sales support/advice. Highly recommended.

There cannot be a better kitchen centre in the North East. From innovative design, excellent installation/ decoration and clearing up of any minor snagging, the whole process was faultless. Our old awkward shaped, cold kitchen in an older property has been completely transformed. The new high quality kitchen is well organised, feels warmer, appears bigger and looks stunning. Importantly, the cost was competitive. I would highly recommend Haus 12.

Excellent kitchen designers at their finest, they really went above and beyond with their work and now I feel like I'm in a lap of luxury. The efficiency and determination to create the ideal kitchen for their customers takes Haus12 to a whole 'nother level, I still remember the sacrifices and late nights they made for us and I am so grateful. We found John through Google searches and went to his showroom in Newcastle. We loved the quality of the kitchens on display and also Johns knowledge and enthusiasm. This was the first time we’d ever bought a kitchen and John knew all the right questions to ask us and really made us think about what we wanted from our kitchen. We had quite a tight budget for the size of kitchen we were looking to get, but John was able to design our dream kitchen and bring it within our budget. John guided us through the whole process, and it was constantly clear that John had a great eye for detail and demanded very high standards from his team and suppliers. We always knew we were in safe hands. Lee did a superb job fitting the kitchen and the build quality and finish is outstanding. Can’t recommend John and the team from Haus12 enough! Chris & Ami

Outstanding service. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and the high quality, professional service provided. The whole experience has been exceptional from the initial consultation to the outstanding end result. We thoroughly researched what we wanted in our new kitchen and knew as soon as we met John at Haus12 that this was the standard of quality and attention to detail we had been looking for. John carefully listened to our ideas and knew exactly what vision we had for our kitchen. He then put together the most amazing design with innovative features that we hadn’t even thought of. John has an excellent team of workmen. Not only are they highly skilled in what they do but every single person was so dedicated, helpful, tidy and polite. The workmanship and dedication of Lee, who fitted our kitchen, was exceptional. The support throughout the whole process and after care advice has been outstanding. We would not hesitate in recommending Haus12 and would like to thank John and his team once again for creating our dream kitchen.

We went with Haus12 as they were highly recommended. We had a large project which included a kitchen and vinyl flooring covering the kitchen and living room area. We had lots of ideas on what we wanted the kitchen to include and look like. John's creative insights shifted our view point and we also have additional features we had not considered. The installation team were highly professional and we have a fabulous kitchen and flooring now. The main fitter Lee was a pleasure to work with.

John designed and fitted our kitchen for an extension we had done on a period terrace. We are delighted with the kitchen. John’s design was well aligned with our brief and he took on board adaptations and requests and incorporated them well. He worked within our budget to get the best kitchen possible included added bonuses such as a boiling hot tap. John was flexible working to delays on our build and the fitting was prompt and to a very high standard. The finish is fantastic, very high quality and design and we are delighted with our new kitchen! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from John and the team from start to finish. Haus12 supplied a kitchen for our new build project, John is knowledgeable and enthusiastic which takes a lot of the pain away from the design process. We had thought a quality German kitchen was outside of our budget but John managed to supply a product that exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and function and at a price that presented excellent value for money when compared with some of the “chain” offerings . Lee who fitted the kitchen was a pleasure to deal with and his attention to detail was amazing. One minor mix up on a rinse tap but v quickly sorted with no difficulty. So happy we would like to use Haus 12 on the laundry and boot room

Unique in his approach to kitchen design, John at Haus 12 provided a design for my kitchen, utility and toilet which was completely different to other designers’ plans. A truly first class kitchen design and installation service. We had an amazing experience working with Haus12, who designed, fitted and supplied our new kitchen. Our family is incredibly happy with the finished result and cannot thank John, and his team, enough for the time and effort that went into both designing and installing our beautiful kitchen. They were very professional throughout the project. John himself is really friendly and helpful. He put careful and creative thought into designing a kitchen that not only looks fantastic but, importantly, is also functional and practical.
