If they offered a negative number I would put that. Estimator, Chris, does not know his job. Our first job went from $4000 to $9000 when the people who did the job showed up and saw what Chris had recommended. I understand that when scope of work changes, the bid changes. The part that got me was when they were done, we still had a leaking toilet. Oh, that part wasn't in the bid....so I asked, how much to finish the job ( which was replace a section of above ground pipe add a flange and set a new toilet. It took 2 people 2 hours). Chris told me $1500 even. Imagine my horror when they charged us $3000! Nothing changed in the scope of work. When questioned, Chris said he didn't remember saying $1500 even, then tried to tell us that must have been a down payment. Really? When someone asks "What is this going to cost me?" you only tell them the down payment? My husband is a vet with stage four cancer. Too late for us but I don't want anyone else to go through this.

I called on 6-3 around 7am to inquiry and schedule service for my bathroom tub that was having an issue draining. I spoke with a very nice woman and explained the issue, asked her if you were still running the $93 clear any drain and she said yes. She asked me several questions including if we had used drain-o and I said yes. Our tub was still draining but it was slow and I felt it needed to be snaked. Never during this conversation did she mention an additional fee for drain-o, trip fee or any other extra fees she stated yes the $93 plus tax is still current. I truly expected to pay $102.30 I scheduled the appointment for Friday 6-5 after 3pm. Ryan showed up and used a camera to see down the drain and did not see anything but I still requested him to snake the line which he did but he said because we used drain-o there would be an additional $125 charge. I said I did not agree with this because it was not disclosed to me when I requested the service call and the fact is that we have 11 people living in our home showering every day the drain-o would be gone from Wednesday but Ryan stated it was policy and showed my husband it on a form your office has. Ryan snaked the drain and found the clog of hair and then charged us $239.80 which I paid with my visa. About an hour later we received a follow up call from your office and I expressed the service was good but I was not happy with the additional charges considering I asked specifically about the charges several times. We are a large family on budget and due to COVID-19 reduce work hours and incoming funds. The person said she completely understood and would have a manager call me back. I am just wondering when that manager will call back since it has been 5 days I thought I would ask. I am not unhappy with the service but the fact that the fees were not disclosed to me when I repeatedly asked. I really do not like the feeling of here is the cheap price to get into our home but once we are there you get hit with the larger fee. This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will make me think twice before calling you again if I require further services. I do not want to give a poor review on line but if I do not get a call back and some type of resolution then I will have no choice. I sent this letter to the company and gave them 7 days to respond and nobody has so I am sharing this review on line. I truly believe what they did was wrong they did not disclose the full price of services even after I asked several times.

I called Harts services due to water leaking from my outside hose bib. They sent a nice fellow named Cody out to fix it. He was very professional when I opened the door to greet him. I explained the problem and he listened to what I was stating and then went right to work to correct the situation. He knew exactly what to do and did it in a very organized manner and cleaned up the area after he was done. I would highly recommend Hart's and Cody for any plumbing needs.

We needed a pipe repair FAST. James came within 15 minutes of our call. Replaced burst pipe and gave us helpful info for future reference. Excellent work. I will definitely use Hart’s as needed in the future.

Cody showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed our problem in minimal time. He was very curious and professional. I would recommend Harts Services to anyone. I will use them for all my future needs.

I woke up with a broken water heater. Harts was the first place to return my call and show up with a water heater, so for getting me hot water back with in a few hours I Give them the 4 stars. I Give them one extra star for just getting The job done. The install was fine, but sloppy on a couple of items, and not really worried about being up to code. Some of this was on the bid and I did agree to it knowing that I could and would take care of those couple of items. I did think that they gave me fair advice, and did not try to pressure me. The office staff was very helpful and professional.

Hart’s repaired a broken sewer line for me. Also did a sewer inspection on a property I was considering purchasing. In both cases they were very professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Harts was timely, thorough and had excellent client communication. They did a great job on site and spent time explaining their work.

Great timely service. They explained what they were looking for, did a thorough inspection and then explained their recommendations. Once a course of action was agreed to they performed the work neatly and quickly. I would recommend Harts Plumbing to any of my friends!

Harts plumbing has been excellent. Every time I have called they have been very prompt with service. They send confirmation emails letting me know when they will be there and the techs that will be completing the job. They also communicate other options for prevention of future problems before just doing the job. I also enjoy the follow up. I have lots of properties to manage and I enjoy the honesty. I would definitely recommend them.

Workers were very prompt - did a wonderful job of repairing our sewer line. Cleaned up after themselves. They were referred by another company and we are very appreciative of that.
