Jake and his team were outstanding. We completely gutted our 1,200-square-foot Sea Pines villa and had Jake do a complete makeover that would allow us to move to the island permanently. He spent time with us to understand our goals and helped us strategize the best ways to use the space we had. He helped us select custom built-ins, gave us a kitchen that rivals those in homes three times the size, and showed us how to maximize every inch of our villa. We needed to move in by October 31, which gave Jake a tight seven-week schedule, but he made sure our renovated home was ready. When there were problems with subcontractors, Jake's team stayed on top of the details to ensure everything was taken care of and completed according to expectations. Jake was not only our contractor, but also became a good friend in the process. I highly recommend Jake and Hammerhead Custom Builders.

Jake was a pleasure to work with. His work was top quality and my whole house renovation was completed on time and on budget.. Jake has a great knowledge of new and innovative designs. I highly recommend Hammerhead. I first hired Jake and his team for a commercial project, since this time, I have recommended him for both additional work at the resort as well as to friends for their residential projects. He stays in constant contact with his customers and ensures the highest quality of work. I have always been thanked for the recommendation, and I will continue to work with them in the future.

Ours was a big job, 4 bathrooms (adding a previously non-existant shower in one), the kitchen, moving walls, redoing flooring throughout the house, but Jake and Tyler and team kept their cool and were beyond patient with changing visions and bottom line budgets. Great problem solvers to boot.

コメント：FloorsThe flooring is a 1/2" x 5" Pecan. The company is Forest Accents, the Pacific line in Mocha. Yes, this house is only one row away from ocean front and the flooring has held up beautifully.
