I can start by saying, if she’s available, hire her! 5 stars in every category. Great communication, follow thru, persnickety about the details, and she will take as much responsibility as you are willing to give her! In some ways, I was not the easiest client. It was my DAD’s condo, and after his passing we had to sell. I am the oldest child and was the “Managing Trustee.” I had so many things to do besides dealing with the condo, and I live in So Cal. The condo was in Pacific Heights, a competitive and desirable market. I grew up in a very design oriented environment, and I am sure Priscilla had few clients fussing about the direction and the furniture. We had a great working relationship, mostly on the phone with lots of pictures going back and forth. It took me some time to let go, but eventually I realized she totally got my taste, and I that I did not know very much about interior decorating and staging. All in all, she is the best, and her prices are more than fair.

Priscilla and Halcyon Home Staging were great in fixing up and staging my home for sale. She managed all the necessary repairs and improvements, including some very unanticipated problems, and got additional quotes when the price seemed too high. Her eye for decor is lovely, and the furnishings used in my house were beautiful and of very high quality. It sold over asking!

If you are hesitating whether to stage your home or which stager to use -- don't! Halcyon is amazing. I've worked with two other stagers who were good (including one who previously staged our current house). Priscilla is just THE BEST. She made my house look fantastic, was incredibly creative at incorporating our existing art and furniture and just an absolute joy to work with. Halcyon was one the best parts of our sales process. Priscilla and her Halcyon team created magic in my new remodel. She started early in the process with excellent suggestions for interior and exterior paint selections. Also picked out light fixtures. It was a beautiful job with a timeless sense of style. Hard to really know the exact value add- but my feeling was her work brought at least a 10X cost addition to the sales price. Highly recommend!

Halcyon provided an unparalleled understanding of the beauty of the property and it enhanced its marketability in a challenging market resulting in an offer in two weeks and closing in 30 days…almost unheard of in Oct/Nov 2022 in SF.
