Found all the products we needed and got great help before the sale - trying to get help and responses post sale was ridiculous - either ghosted or took multiple attempts over weeks. No consistent info on backordered items, etc. Sadly, Keith did not hit the mark and will request Chris if we go back.

We are remodeling all of our bathrooms, and kitchen. When we walked into the showroom, Chris Mitchell greeted us with her warm and friendly manner She was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. We found Chris was more than just a sales person, she was very helpful in designing and making sure that products we selected followed a consistent theme. We are extremely pleased that she helped us take care of all 3 bathrooms and our kitchen, right to the kitchen cabinet hardware. My husband and I highly recommend her expertise for your next project.

Chris is amazing! From the moment I walked into the showroom, she provided helpful information, design expertise, and feasible options to suit our needs and budget! Although our project is small, she made me feel like I was her most valued client throughout the process. She is talented, experienced, and customer-driven, and the showroom concierge was full of hospitality! In addition, the showroom is full of varied products at varied price points. Whether your project needs are large or small, don't miss the Bath and Kitchen Showplace!

The Bath & Kitchen Showplace always goes above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable of all the products and can make helpful suggestions to keep our clients in budget. The showroom is beautiful and easy to view all the products. They are quick to answer all questions and deliver quotes, products and customer service in a timely fashion. Phil, Zach and Keith make a great team and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend BKS for your plumbing and hardware needs.

My bathroom remodeling contractor sent me to see Chris. I really enjoyed working with her on selecting my bathroom plumbing fixtures. I didn't have an appointment and didn't realize it was after closing when I got there, but she took the time to help me anyway. She was helpful with keeping me on budget and providing a quality product. Will plan to go see her again when we get to the kitchen fixtures.

First of all, everyone that I have encountered here is so nice and helpful! I worked with Chris Mitchell to order our plumbing fixtures for a whole house renovation/restoration (kitchen, 3 baths, & laundry room) The house was built in 1900 and there were some original fixtures that we wanted to keep. We had no idea how difficult it would be to find faucets, etc that maintained the integrity of the home, fit the older fixtures, and pass today's codes. Chris worked with me to find that balance. She knew the products and companies that would have fixtures that fit the design and budget and specs for the items we wanted to keep. I am so thankful our plumber referred them! Chris is an absolute delight to work with!!! Pam L.

Thank you Chris for all the help and time you have given us with the new house project. Building a house yourself is hard, but with Chris' help, our kitchen and bathrooms have a complete and upscale look. We did not have a clue where to start. Chris helped with everything from what goes in the walls to the finished look. She always gave options and good advice. SHE KNOWS THE QUESTIONS TO ASK!! If you have a project, she has a smile and a solution.

Chris has been such a huge help to me while picking out sinks, facets, and tubs for the house we are building. She is so patient when I change my mind and honestly explains pros and cons of my choices. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells and has really made this process easy for me. I can easily get in touch with her and she is quick to answer my questions. I love how she always has a smile on her face and is so sweet to my two little ones who have tagged along during the process. I highly recommend her when picking out your plumbing supplies.
