Gus has now done two projects for me. The first in 2020, he renovated our 1945 bungalow that was in terrible condition. He came back the next year and did our 600 sq foot addition. We could not be happier with the finished project. It was slow going due to covid and prices kept changing. Gus was excellent in communication throughout the whole process. He provided an updated estimate for the addition since everything sky rocketed, and was still able to save me a little money on the lumber when we finally went to build. Renovating is stressful, and we lived through the addition in the existing house; even when I seemed upset Gus was always a great communicator. Things did take longer than we anticipated, but it was do to the circumstances created by Covid, nothing that Gus and his crew could have helped. I would 10/10 recommend him and if we ever renovate the ADU out back, he'll be the first person I'd call.

Gus and his team were great to work with during my recent remodel. I was able to remain in the house during construction and Gus made sure to keep me updated on each phase of work. I would definitely call Gus for any future projects and recommend you do, too!

Our interior architectect/designer, Christyn Dunning of The Guest House Studio introduced us to Gus of the Palmetto Renovation Group for our first floor reconfiguration. This included the kitchen, dining and great rooms as well as the half bath, master bedroom and master bath. We met several builders but chose Gus and his team because of his communication skills, knowledge and professionalism. We lived in our house during the entire project and saw first hand Gus' ability to lead his team seamlessly from start to finish. We would recommend Gus and the PRG to anyone looking for a Master Craftsman and a true professional. We now have a beautiful home and the best part is that it was accomplished on budget!

Gus remodeled my bathroom last year, and he was such a pleasure to work with that I'm going to have him do my kitchen this year. He was professional, courteous and finished the work in a timely manner. In addition to being a fantastic builder, he has a brilliant design aesthetic and helped me solve some of the issues I was having with space and functionality. Thank you so much, Gus!!

PRG is amazing! Not only is the work excellent but Gus is a great communicator. He sends weekly videos and responds quickly to all my ideas. We are adding a whole upstairs y to our beach house including new stairway, 2 bedrooms, a bath, loft, and terrific balcony.
