When we decided to build our new home, the most important requirements for the front door are safety, security and energy conservation/effectiveness. Groke door met all our criteria and complemented our contemporary house design very well. The door is built so strong and offers true engineering workmanship. Groke folks are very professional, courteous, helpful and definitely knowledgeable about doors. Due to Hurricane Harvey, construction on our home was delayed, Groke worked with us and stored our door in their North Carolina's warehouse until needed. We look forward to the day we complete construction, move in and enjoy the door for many years to come.

Worked with Allen for our project of a new front door on an extensive remodel. The door purchased was the largest available from Groke which fit our 96 x 54 RO. Most of our communication with Allen was via email, but we did have multiple conversations via phone as well. We never had any difficulity reaching him, and if he promised to get back to us with an answer the next day, he did. The service from Allen and the company was impeccable. The door was packed extremely well, and arrived as promised on time and exactly what we ordererd. The door quality exceeds what we even hoped. It is solid, well-balanced, and except for the glass area, stays cool inside even though it is south facing in Florida. We spent quite a bit of time during the order process trying to decide on a color, wanting to go with a darker blue. Allen made several inquiries with the door engineers as to the possible problems, and based on his advice, we finally went with white. Very glad we did, even the white gets hot outside in the sun, dark blue would have been a mistake. Even after the sale, we still had contact from Allen asking for input on the product, installation, and his own customer service. Very impressive all around, in fact, their garage door openers work great, and have the same fantastic support. Thank you Allen!
