California Aqua Pros

We were looking to redo/improve our back yard and we chose to rebuild our water feature with California Aqua Pros after talking to Greg and checking out his brochure. The team came on the scheduled date and first carefully took apart my old water feature. They were very careful with my property and asked about what I wanted to throw or keep from my old water feature; they even asked which area of the yard they could use to store the items from my old water feature. They carefully moved my fish and plants to a separate temporary tank. They made sure not to ruin any part of my back or front yard; they covered the spaces they were using with tarp. I was nervous in the beginning owing to my past experiences with contractors; however, just watching the systemic, organized way in which the team, led by Brian worked; how they treated my property and my things; put all my doubts to rest. They are very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. They know what they are doing. The entire team worked well together and cleaned up carefully each day before they left. The entire project along with putting in the electricals for lights, was carried out in a very timely manner; my family is very impressed by how efficiently the team worked to finish every detail and feature perfectly and on time. I also had questions during the project and Brian patiently answered all my questions be it about the project design, where to place which color rock or just general knowledge about pond/plant/fish care. He took care of any issue I had; he always made sure I was happy each day with the progress of the project. If I had even a slight doubt about something, we discussed it and he made sure I was happy with the end result. Brian, along with his team, placed each boulder and rock carefully to create a beautifully designed water feature. Every part of the water feature was carefully designed and every detail of it was carefully taken care of. The team made sure to finish every item that was agreed upon in the contract. After the water feature was completed, I was given detailed instructions about how to care for the new components of our water feature. Our water feature was completed in December 2021. Since then, I have had questions regarding maintenance. Greg had been kind enough to answer my questions and give advice along with required links to more information. I have had quite a few bad experiences with pond contractors in the past. Many don’t follow up and charge to come back if something goes wrong. Greg and his team have returned to help me when I had questions. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and they do a great job!

California Aqua Pros is a local, multi-generation, family-run business. They resurfaced our pool, installed all new coping, tile, and pool equipment, did all of the plumbing, and replaced the surrounding cement patio. We never felt like we were "just one more client on their full list" to check off! The end result is beautiful! They provide quality service, and their customer service is evidenced by their quick response whenever we had a question. They are honest and transparent in all of their quotes and communication. What they said they would do, they did! They aim to please, and they do! Greg, Jared, and Marlo, thank you!
