Greenway Associates is an architectural design practice specialising in innovative and versatile homes for our clients. I am passionate about design and helping people transform their houses from Ugly Ducklings to beautiful swans. With 28 years experience, our main aim is to transform lives with our architectural work. Wayne Greenway, director, puts professionalism, quality and efficiency at the top of his priorities. I am known for going the extra mile as stated in some of the Houzz reviews. I bring the Caribbean sunshine into the architecture. Wayne's love for building work came from a small childhood obsession with Lego! Now his toys are just a little bigger and he still gets the same thrill out of creating something innovative, stylish and entirely suited to his clients (though arguably with less bright yellow bricks!). Eight years ago, after being employed for 20 years, I had an epiphany and said, I can do it on my own - I can do it on my own - I can do it on my own! So, I did. Wayne is an excellent communicator with the ability to work with you to create a home you'll love to live in. transforming the social hub of the home , i.e. the kitchen, the dining and the living rooms as well as developing strategies for ensuring delivery of relevant projects against targets and deadlines. I love helping people and wanting to see the smile on their faces. Our team works tirelessly with you from start to finish, securing permissions, creating your drawings and project managing your whole process until the completion of your build.

We cannot thank Wayne enough. Extending our home was the biggest and most significant project we have ever undertaken ! Having lived in our home for 25 years. we knew that we had to get it right and Wayne was an answer to prayer. Personable, deeply knowledgeable, realistic, an expert of experts, well connected, always putting us first, always available at a moment’s notice, there was nothing we asked for that was ever too much, and there were many, many asks! He also gave us three builders to choose from and the one we chose, Tom Power was brilliant! The outcome is stunning and has fundamentally changed the way we live. We have been working with Greenway Associates for the last 10 years. I own a a building company - T. Power Ltd. And have built several Home extensions and Loft conversions that Wayne and his team have designed over the years. They are always top quality and its always evident how great a job Wayne has done as the clients speak so highly of him. We take over the job once full planning has been received, so even at the end of the architectural process, the clients have had a good experience , and trust him. In many cases they have become friends. We also build from drawings designed by other Architects and they are nowhere near as good as the Architectural drawings and Structural design and calculations we recieve from Greenway. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It is now almost 12 months since my extension was finished and I have to say that each day brings its own pleasures from now living with it !! When friends visit the compliments on the work completed are fulsome ! I chose Greenway Associates (after working thru a substantial list of potential architects) to convert my ideas into a design and they achieved it and more !! Excellent communication and co working all the way thru. They even were able to recommend my eventual choice for a builder and they too offered the same 5 star standards. Excellent from beginning to the end of the project.

We are newbies in home renovation and really appreciate Wayne's help with everything big and small, from making drawings and submitting the plans, to helping us choose the right builder and the best design. He also offered great advice on where to source materials that fit our budget. We also asked Wayne to act as our project manager. Although this added to the cost of the project, was great value as he was regularly on site and facilitated our communication with the builder whenever we needed him. This gave us peace of mind that should any disagreement arise, Wayne would act in our best interest. The builders he recommended turned out to be great. We did have to make a few changes during the project and Wayne was there handling it all. We highly recommend Greenway Associates and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We found Greenway Associates through the Houzz platform when requesting an architect. It turned out that the principal/owner Wayne lives locally and knows our type of property well. From the start he demonstrated his knowledge and expertly guided us through a series of designs to a solution that was better than several we had been anticipating. We ask a lot of questions and want to get things right, so his patience was exactly what we needed. He then put us in touch with three builders he's worked with in the past, and having received quotes from each of them plus one other, we went with one of his. We're two weeks into the build and we're very pleased with that team so far.

Wayne has been brilliant from start to finish. Having not had much experience in extensions, he took the time to go through the whole process from start to finish and was incredibly patient with all the questions I had. We had already sourced a builder but Wayne was on hand to answer any questions he had throughout the build. I would definitely look to use Wayne in any future projects we may have.

Wayne and his colleagues at Greenway Associates are great to work with and we have already personally recommended their services to friends. From the outset we were impressed with Wayne's clarity of communication and found him very easy to work with, giving us a great deal of confidence because we knew our project was in good hands. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but Wayne really brought it to life. He gave ideas and really listened to what I had in mind. He even challenged some of my thinking and suggested things I did not even consider. He is a professional, easy to talk to no question was insignificant. Wayne made himself available for all my questions via email, and telephone. During the build he came to check that everything was going to plan too. I highly recommend Wayne.

I used Greenway Associates for the remodeling of my property. Initially I hired Greenway Associates to handle the planning permission and building controls. However I also subsequently employed his services on design coordination. I was very pleased with Wayne's work and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and flexible. I started off with very limited knowledge on many of the things that I needed to get this done. But he was very ready to respond to all my questions and shared with me materials that were very useful. What I appreciated most were the fact that Wayne was very happy to listen to my ideas first even if I changed my mind in the end and was patient with making sure that I had all the space to consider the drawings before moving to the next steps. He did not mind being consulted on any matters related to the project where he had knowledge even if it was not on planning and building controls and I have valued this aspect of his business ethos very much.

Wayne is a real joy to work with. We contacted him for what was initially a side extension. He's very professional and enthusiastic and of great help. After the site visit and a subsequent site visit by one of his associates, we got the really good suggestion to go for loft conversion instead. Wayne adapted the plans quickly and several suggestions were available. He also handles our planning application and due to his experience, has already anticipated potential pitfalls and put us in touch with the relevant people to look at i.e. sprinkler systems etc. We really value our work with Wayne and are really happy with his work! Our project is at the council at present and Wayne has smoothed the way for that, even with our changes of mind and adaptations we wanted to make. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Wayne again and will also recommend him to anyone with a building project!
