Afif and his guys really do beautiful work. The garden always looks fantastic after they are done. They have done regular garden maintenance as well as built and repaired garden walls, and built an enclosure for the garbage cans. They all look great. They are professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

Professional, friendly, reliable...all of the good things! First hired GHL a decade ago to build a fence for my new home. Lost touch and then hired again when a strong storm took down a portion. Have since been working with GHL for landscaping and maintenance- together we're dealing with persistent and hungry gophers and a digging dog who are doing their best to undo the beautiful work. I did quite a bit of research and met with a handful of design build and landscape designers before settling on working with Afif. The other people I met gave me suggestions and rough ideas of how much my project would be but the first time Afif came to my house he immediately measured everything out and gave me a quote on everything within a couple weeks. He provided good ideas to make the landscape look and function better than what I had come up with. I very much appreciated his insight and ideas. Especially when it came to drainage. I also appreciate how well he communicated with me on everything. He made sure to let me know if there were problems he ran into based on the initial plan and what we can do about it and provided options. He was very flexible in his thought process and understanding of where I was coming from and what I wanted and providing suggestions if functionally the things I wanted to do weren't really going to work well. Lot's of great communication was what I appreciated most about working with Afif. Everything is pretty much wrapped up now and I couldn't be happier with how the initial landscape plan has evolved and become something even more beautiful than I had imagined. I would recommend hiring him for any landscape related project.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Afif. He had good ideas, constructive suggestions, and wasted no time in getting done what we had decided. He was able to suggest low-cost and nice looking alternatives to higher cost materials, a very helpful support as we weighed how much we wanted to invest in the landscaping. Afif, the person we were introduced through Houzz, visited us nearly two months ago by now and said he would come up with a proposal soon, which never happened. After our reminder about a month ago, he came back to our place with another guy, whom Afif describes as a contractor. I gave the same explanation about our plans and thoughts. They say that they would get back to us in a week. It has been already a few weeks again, and we never heard from them.
