A down-size project. Gut a 1939 P & O style harbour-side apartment for contemporary living and furnishing but returning period features in cornices, skirting boards, architraves and restoring the original floor. Clean, gender-less lines. Remove a wall, return lost space to living area with good traffic flow. The result: The project was completed on time and unflinching in achieving my expectation. I always knew what was happening and when. Project reviews and inspections were timely and appropriate. Green Anvil anticipated re-thinking some elements as the project shaped and the space became apparent. This latitude ensured the end-result: including aspects I had not considered and letting go of some I should not have included. The trades were diligent both in their craft and knowing when to refer for a decision -- no assumptions, no surprises. PC-item estimates were realistic. The few variations were functional-related or clearly addressing an unknown. Explanation and documentation were beyond reproach. Cosmetic touch-ups took place 30 days following re-occupation. 17-months later there are no defects. The finished product is stunning: not only in visual appearance but in testament of having a vision, contending with an unknown (down-sizing) and working with the right company to bring it to fruition. Clients and associates attend meetings here and social gatherings. My surrounds are a visual extension of the software-services I provide -- what you can expect.

Fred International hired Green Anvil to renovate our showroom in 2016. Green Anvil project managed and completed all aspects of the renovation which included intricate joinery, building of furniture and lighting sets. Green Anvil worked closely with our Architectural Interior Designer, Angela Harry Design and completed a perfect job for us. We highly recommend Green Anvil!
