Green Acres Landscaping

We couldn't have had a better experience than we had with Bill and his team at Green Acres. They completed all our landscaping and hardscaping on our new home construction. This was a very significant project and we are 100% satisfied with the results. Bill was involved from the outset, completing the design phase in the best way...listening to our plans and ideas, and then adding his expertise and creativity, working together through budget constraints, and arriving with a design that exceeded our expectations. Mark Stone (aptly-named) is his stone mason and he and the team did an amazing job with our patio, pool veneer, fireplace, patio wall and walk-out retaining walls. This work was done with such precision and care and beauty. It covers thousands of square feet and when it rains there is not one single puddle in any location....amazing attention to detail. There were five separate layers of material, carefully and powerfully compacted, to provide a lasting base for the hardscaping. It is holding up perfectly. Bill chose beautiful plants and trees to meet our tastes and design, which bloom at cascading times of spring and summer and fall and bring a smile to our faces every day. His team is so hard-working, professional, reliable and friendly. Bill is an absolute pleasure to work with and is the embodiment of integrity. Do not expect the cheapest price, but expect the best quality work that can be found in this part of Virginia. If there were six stars Green Acres earned them! We recommend them without reservation. Green Acres did two projects for us: a brick paver driveway and a 10' x 15' brick paver patio. We are extremely please with both. Bill and his team are professional and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of adapting to the terrain with nice designs for both projects. They do very high quality work. We've been enjoying the patio & driveway for a year now and so have had the chance to see their durability. If you're looking to hire someone who'll do the job right and do it to last, Green Acres is an excellent choice.
