We converted a closet and some other space into a full bathroom for a guest room. GD Builders were on time and under budget. They were very pleasant to work with and highly communicative. We always knew what to expect and the ongoing status of the project. My 35 year career was in construction management and I worked with numerous contractors all over the country. GD Builders ranks right up in the top 5% of contractors that I've worked with. I would absolutely recommend them for any residential project.

After purchasing our new (to us) home, we knew we wanted to add back-yard access via a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms. After closing, we contacted Great Divide Builders for a quote and a timeline. We worked out the details, and ordered the door with them. This project was small for them, but they worked us into the schedule and got it installed in less than day. Door and install are great!

コメント：Love the beetle kill pine. Do you apply a preservative to the soffits?Thanks David! Since all of the siding and soffits are pine and is a soft wood, a stain and sealant was applied to everything for preservation. The maintenance schedule is similar to any wood siding.
