I recently contracted with GraniTech to upgrade my 20 year old kitchen. They are an extremely professional organization with true designers and craftsmen on their staff. From start to finish was about 4 1/2 weeks. They are a one stop shop. They have a huge selection of cabinets, backsplash, granite and other stone counter tops. Their designer really listened to what I wanted and was able to provide me with a perfect design. She came out to my home twice to ensure her measurements were accurate and she collected all the pertinent information for the installation manager and his team. The owner, who has over 35 years hands on technical expertise came out to my home twice to ensure nothing was over looked like Plumming and wiring behind walls which would slow up necessary permits. The installation manager and designer kept me informed of the work schedule and what to expect. The estimated cost was right on target and very competitive. They are a one stop shop. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend using GraniTech. They did such a great job I am now having them update my bathrooms, one even with a steam shower.

I absolutely love my new kitchen - how it looks, the quality of the finishes and workmanship, along with the desired new function, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was impressed every step of the way with my experience with GraniTech. Everyone who worked on the project at my house – the project designer, her design/recommendations and her attention to detail; the owner's guidance and involvement; the project manager’s oversight, knowledge of the plans, responsiveness and concern that I was satisfied with the work being done; and the various crews whose professionalism and skills - were absolutely A plus. Most everyone I know cautioned me beforehand about the need to be watchful while the work was being done to be sure the design plans were being followed. It didn't take me long to realize that was not necessary - everyone knew the plans at least as well as I did. As appropriate, I was consulted on a few issues and was always made to feel like my satisfaction was paramount.

My wife and I give GraniTech and its entire staff our highest commendation on the design and construction of our newly renovated kitchen (Spring 2019) The expert design of Ms. Zula Tavkhai, Senior Designer, and insight and oversite of its owner Mr. Ali Yilmaz were invaluable. We spent as much time (months) looking for the right/ best company as we spent doing the design of the kitchen. In our opinion, GraniTech beat all the other companies hands down. Most homeowners are worried about the length of time it takes to remodel a kitchen and rightly so. Our project was completed in four weeks and that included refinishing(sand,stan,and seal) the existing wood flooring that covered the kitchen and a large portion of the main level of the house. All work was done by inhouse experts (no subcontracting). My wife and I are totally (100%) satisfied with the company, personnel, expertise, workmanship, process, time-of-delivery and overall professionalism. In summary, we absolutely love our new kitchen and flooring.

I want to express my appreciation for the professional help that Oyun Burgedbatsukh assisted me in the selection of quartz countertops and a maginificent backsplash that ties my kitchen together for the look that I was seeking..........my kitchen is illusionary in the fact that I wanted to it to appear so much larger with crème colors as opposed to the dark couinter tops that I had. She took so much time in helping me to select the right materials and I am ever so pleased. She is such a lovely lady and she is a true asset to Granitceh. GraniTech did the demolition and build out of my Body & Brain yoga & tai chi studio in Vienna, Va. The project involved removing and replacing most of the drywall, installing recessed lighting throughout, reworking some of the plumbing and a complete bathroom remodel. The GraniTech employees were polite, knowledgeable, hard working, and took good care of my space. We knew going into the job that there were a lot of unknowns, and the project manager was very flexible and accommodating to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely work with GraniTech again.

My husband and I are completely satisfied with our kitchen remodel. We did a total gut of a 30 year old kitchen replacing the flooring, cabinets, under cabinet lighting, countertops, and backsplash. The designer worked with us to make sure we got the look we wanted. Prior to the start of the job we were give a schedule. Everything stayed on schedule. Any concerns we did have were addressed in a timely manner to our full satisfaction. All of the guys were polite, on time, and respectful of space--everything was tidied up at the end of the day and it wasn't a hassle living through it. We're only sorry we waited so long!

I have had a long relationship with Granitech, and its owner Ali. Many years after Granitech renewed my bathroom we thought it was time for a complete gut job of the Kitchen. Once again, Ali was masterful in his suggestions and his years of experience were constantly drawn upon for every last detail. The quality of the products have enabled us to sell our homes within one day and the last one in two weeks. Granitech Inc. recently remodeled my master bathroom .They had replaced my kitchen countertop a few years ago so I was already familiar with their work. If you're looking for a contractor Look No More!! Granitech provides the highest quality material and craftsmanship on the market at a reasonable price. The owner of Granitech is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his business. His workers have been employees of the company for several years and are not subcontractors. I found each and every one of them to be skilled, professional , kind and very respectful of my home. They even provided additional suggestions and details to my bathroom design that I had not thought of as the project progressed. I highly recommend Granitech for any kitchen or bathroom plans you may have!!

My dream was to have a granite countertop installed with minimum of noise and disruption in order to keep my disabled husband safe and happy. GraniTech's knowledgable staff was able to incorporate my vision adding a solid granite backsplash, new sink and faucet also. I went to their warehouse once, chose white granite slab with black inclusions (Colonial White), chose fixtures and project was scheduled and done quickly, with expertise, respect for my husband's condition, and at a good price. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Ali and his team converted a bathroom tub to a shower enclosure. They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very neat. They had to deal with a condo management that is very strict and they were very professional in dealing with the staff. They kept the area very clean and organized during the entire process. Granitech renovated our master bathroom, enlarged our master closet and installed a new storage system, repaired flooring in our master bedroom and did additional wiring for us. They designed the new layout and helped us select marble, granite, tile and fixtures -- with awesome results. The crew was always professional and they did a great job keeping the rest of the house dust-free while they worked. They did everything they promised and stayed on schedule. They coordinated the plumbing, electrical, tile, glass work, etc. very smoothly; and they were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely have them do work for us in the future. A few years ago, they provided the granite and sink for our new kitchen. Also very well done!

The work and workmanship performed by the contractors with Granitech was superb. The kitchen and master bathroom we had remodeled are my favorite rooms in the house. My biggest complaint about this company is that I felt like our work order was definitely placed on the back burner of their priorities. We sat down with Granitech for design and consultation and contracts in September. We were told the job would be completed well in time for Thanksgiving. The work finally started mid-January, due to "other jobs that needed to be completed by the holidays". I'm a reasonable person, September was plenty of time, and we had also been given a November time frame. Again, I'm very satisfied with the work, the contractors themselves and the results. I would make it very clear what your expectations are for timeline.

Super company! We hired them to do our kitchen remodel and then later our master bath. Both jobs were completed superbly. They were great to work with. They actually listened to our ideas and then went one better. The design work was wonderful and the execution matched. Price was reasonable compared to what our neighbors have paid for similar work. When an issue arose, they called with the solution, not an excuse. I recommended GraniTech to a neighbor just today.

Granitech has installed the granite and tiles in four bathrooms, a bar area in our basement, the floor of an office and our kitchen. We started with our kitchen and worked with Granitech over the course of many years to upgrade each of these rooms. We have always been very pleased with the quality of their work and suggestions for design and materials. Granitech has always worked with us to ensure that in the end we are happy customers. We previously worked with Granitech about 10 years ago to install granite kitchen countertops. Based on our positive experience, we contracted with them again to remodel our master bathroom. We were so pleased with the outcome during the project that we also replaced a tile guest bathroom floor and tile kitchen backsplash. The master bath project took about two weeks. The Granitech team was prompt, professional, courteous, hard working, diligent and experts in their work. They were just plain enjoyable to work with. The designer, Jennifer, was creative and energetic and her attention to details made all the difference in the world. We are so pleased with all our recent projects--absolutely beautiful work. We will definitely call Granitech next time we undertake renovations.
