We had our engineered hardwood floors installed by Slavik. He was able to do our house/kitchen hallway over a two day period. Purchasing floors was easy-Greg the owner really looks after you. You can ask a ton of questions. I don't usually leave reviews, but as I had been looking at other reviews prior to my Reno, I thought it was only fair that I also should leave one. I highly recommend grand floors and Slavik was the best. He did an awesome job around all our curves and corners, we really didn't even need baseboards. Of course we still had Slavik install them

We recently renovated our new home Including bedrooms, kitchen, and bath with all hardwood flooring and hardwood staircase, picket and rails to match. We found that the team, Gregory, Diana, Jose and Sebastian, did an excellent job in providing us with exactly what they promised. Great product and great service. We would highly recommend Grand Floors to any of our friends or clients.

Our spring renovation saw us completely redo the main level, 1600 sq ft. Found the exact same hardwood being sold at a competitor for close to half the price, same brand, stock, everything. Canadian products, no overseas gambles on product quality or additives. Added all the stair nosing, custom floor grates, etc — looks amazing, no regrets what soever. (just moved in, no pics yet, unfortunately). Top notch customer service from the get-go, from concept to completion. Great prices, quick delivery service, knowledgable staff, excellent selection with an extensive selection of custom products to match your desired hardwood/flooring — you can't beat it. I've already recommended Grand Floors to numerous individuals and some builders, some of which have already made purchases and have had the same results. I will always start new projects with Grand Floors, I'm a believer.

Grand Floors renovated my condo by installing a stunning staircase and hardwood floors. Their estimate was reasonable and they honoured it; they observed all the timelines; and their work was professional and meticulous. They were excellent to deal with.

We hired Grand Floors to lay out hardwood on two levels, as well as the installation of bull nosing around our stairs. They were extremely professional and the quality of work was A+.

Diana offered wonderful assistance choosing flooring; she is very knowledgeable about their products. Engineered hardwood flooring looks wonderful in our new condo.

We approached several contractors for a small flooring and stair re-capping job but we had no doubt that Grand Floors proved and met our requirements. We signed the same night Gregory offered the quote. It was so easy dealing with them from sales to execution. Kudos to Jeremy and Sebastian for their great work and customer engagement. They were respectful and mindful of our presence while they work and consulted us for our decision regarding issues they have encountered during the installation hence avoiding potential delays. Although there were some slight issues and improvements we would like to point, but at this time they can only mean less compared to the pride and satisfaction we feel with our renewed stairs and floor. We decided with Preverco Santa. Fe Yellow Birch (with knots) for the hallway flooring from Grand Floors as well as their solid birch tread / risers brushed, stained and matte-finished to perfection matching the Sta. Fe floors. Although we ourselves did a lot of prep work, their timing was well-planned and the work was completed on-time as promised. We highly recommend them and look forward to more projects with them in the near future as it has been a smooth and worthwhile experience dealing with Grand Floors.
