Beyond expectations. Recently received a custom built king sized platform bed from Sustain Furniture, and the craftsmanship surpassed our already elevated expectations. The bed itself was beautifully crafted; the material of the highest quality. Also, the care taken to make the assembly process as easy and intuitive as possible was evident from the very first minute that I began to put the bed together. Overall, a bed of this quality from Sustain Furniture is easily priced twice, or three times, more at other ‘big brand’ furniture manufactures. As great as this bed is, the service was simply outstanding; it made the experience that much more agreeable. Cindy of Sustain Furniture was my point of contact from beginning to end. It’s such a rare thing to find service of this caliber these days that I had all but given up on the notion until I spoke with Cindy. Perfect bed. Perfect price point. Perfect service. You really cannot ask for more. Would recommend Sustain Furniture without hesitation.

Had a Beresford Bed made for my daughter and the finished product is absolutly beautiful. From the time of ordering the double bed to the time of deliverly the customer service was outstanding. They delievered the bed and setup and was very professional. My daughter loves the bed and will have it for many years to come. Can not wait to see what other furinture I will have made by Sustain furinture. I highly recommend them.

Cindy and Gord are amazing people. They even came all the way to Hamilton to install our bed for us! The bed is so beautiful, solid and well-made. We couldn't be happier. Cindy's professionalism and quick replies made the ordering,customization and delivery processes so smooth and pleasant. Our master bedroom is in a weird space in our attic and they accommodated all of our needs in making sure it fit up the stairs and through the doors (i.e: making the headboard in several pieces and assembling it in place). I've honestly never experienced customer service this good anywhere. Buy your furniture from Sustain. You won't regret it. Our bed is perfect in every way. Thank you so much, Cindy and Gord!

This is the second (of more I'm sure) time I've ordered from Cindy and Gord. The first was in their previous store. Once again I could not be happier with the product or with the service during the design and build. They were responsive to all of my questions, creative in solving a fairly challenging request to accommodate a way for an aging dog to get up to the bed with me, finishing with a neatly constructed and nicely functional ramp that was perfectly matched to the previous bed I ordered from them last year. The second bed I ordered is gorgeous, and the focal point to a new guest bedroom that guests are already raving about. The wood is nicely weathered but still sturdy, the colors with the natural patina are wonderful and the construction is heirloom quality. Thanks again Cindy and Gord!

As I write this review while sitting on my beautiful bed created by the good folks over at Sustain Furniture, I can not help but feel lucky to have found them. The bed is constructed very well, comfortable, and the look is exactly what my wife and I had been looking for. From the moment I contacted Gord and Cindy, they couldn't have been any more helpful in making our custom requests a reality. They have earned us as customers for life!
