Good at gouging: called and told them I had a broken Anderson window needed replacement. They could not come for a month. They did show a month later. Yes the window is broken. $95. 00 charge to tell me what I already knew and give me a quote . $725.00 to replace 2 sashes which are 12” x 11” (yes inches). Watch out for them Big Rip off company.

Had windows place this week. Saw the salesman in July. Expected date of install was Sept 10. Understandable but when September 9th rolled around with no call, I called a left a voicemail. Then after the fourth voicemail I left. I was mad. I called and asked for a manager. Guess what? Voicemail. Then the manager calls me back finally. He was basically a jerk. I finally went to the top and spoke to Mr. Ward. Nice guy, understands things. Spoke my mind to him and he understood. Well, I received my windows and one has an issue. I called the same day the windows were placed and guess what? Voicemail. Then called back a demanded to speak with someone was able to speak with someone. They got them back out and it was fixed. Well that night when my wife and I were putting up window treatments. The window border around the window was loose. Emailed the person that sent my receipt and she actually replied. Then i replied back to her with no reply from two days ago. Today I called and guess what? A voicemail. If you want to speak to no one and have to leave a message for everything please call this company. But I recommend you stay away.

Stay away from C & L Ward Homes. Building process went well anything we needed it was done. Our emails answered same day. But when you start having problems it all goes down the tubes. Communication basically non exsistant. We have spent so much energy following up we are exhausted. When you spend so much time and money you expect what you pay for and expect your house not to fall apart during the first year

If you want your order completed in a timely fashion I would suggest going with another company. Not only did your install date come and go without a word from our "Project Manager" but we were constantly having to track her down for any kind of update. 3 weeks past our initial installation date we finally got our door. My husband took a personal day to stay home for the install just to be told at the end of the day, the door had been built wrong and would need to be reordered and reinstalled. We would later find out there was a "computer glitch" that caused the problem, not from the "Project Manager" but from the installers during the second door installation. 3 weeks after the first install we finally have a door. After contacting customer service to dispute the final bill, for time, hassle and project mismanagement I have yet to hear a word back. Perhaps C&L Ward should wait an additional 7 weeks to receive final payment??? I should add, it took 14 weeks and 5 days from the first check I wrote, for this project to be completed.

they had done an amazing job on our roof. they had to attach our inside porch to the house because it was never attached. they are very friendly and good at what they do. I highly recommend this company.

Their store always has lots of workers to help you with what you are looking for. Delivery is always right on time!

To start, the salesman is a liar. We specifically asked if the workers were actual employees of the company. He said yes. They are not. They are contract workers. He also told us the company provides a 10 yr. transferable warranty. When we actually received the warranty after the job was completed, it specified it is not transferable. I would have never hired them had they been truthful about either of these items. The project coordinator was inept, to put it mildly. She gave us 3 different start dates that never happened. Each time, my husband took time off of work to meet the workers to go over a few things. In each case, the workers did not arrive as scheduled. Their dumpster company damaged our driveway. After repeated phone calls and e-mail messages, they only agreed to compensate us for 1/4 - 1/3 of the cost for repair. The only time the project manager ever showed up was to measure for the materials and he even got that wrong resulting in additional delays. I could go on and on with problems. The management of this company is extremely unresponsive to customer complaints. It appears as though they think that if they ignore phone calls, the problem will go away. The actual workers (not C & L employees) were OK but outside contractors can only prop up a company like this for so long before it all collapses. If you want a professional company, you should look elsewhere. Do Not Hire C & L. They do not deserve your business. One final note, we hired this company on 2 prior occasions and had no problems. Something has clearly changed with this company so don't be fooled by older, positive comments. It is not the same company it was a few yrs. ago. They are very unprofessional and completely unresponsive to problems. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

I had all my windows and door wall replaced last summer as well as all window panes and sills. The guys were very professional and respectful of my property. They did an excellent job. The personal at C & L Ward Bros. called to see if I was happy with the work as well as the product. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The gentlemen who installed our sided were professional and worked very hard to complete our new house look. I am very pleased with the workmanship. I can't believe it's the same house!

Provided consistent and regular updates on job progression and installation. Easy to get a hold of. Was willing to work around busy schedule. Very professional and friendly installers who took care to make sure everything was done right and cleaned the work area when done.
