We hired Global Home to decorate several rooms in our weekend house in the Catskills in mid 2014. They worked mostly on our kids rooms, a guest room and a kind of a room/hallway that leads to the basement (though they found some accents for other locations as well). Joe and Viv came up with great ideas at various price points which we were able to mix and match in accordance to how much we did or didn't want to spend. The kids rooms are bright and cheery and the guest room is warm and inviting. the room/hallway makes great use of the space as a book nook/kids school artwork gallery that we hadn't really contemplated. They did a great job!

I bought a sofa from Global Home and I have to say the experience was very rewarding. I knew what model and style I wanted but I was very fickle about the fabric I wanted to use and changed my mind maybe 10 times or more. The team at Global Home was always patient with my changing opinion and were also very knowledgeable about giving me solid advise of what fabric would be durable for my four legged family members. The delivery was seamless and on time. The store is filled with treasures for the sophisticated aesthete. I highly recommend to explore Global Home for your next home purchase.

Global Home turned our house into a home. We moved from an apartment to a house, with an eclectic mix of furniture. Global Home listened to what was important to us, and provided the vision we needed to bring it all together. They are kind, thoughtful, and professional. We get compliments on our home all the time. Global Home did a FANTASTIC job with the "almost impossible" to decorate loft of my renovated Catskills lake house. The imagination they brought to the project was unsurpassed & the execution of the project (in a hard to reach loft!) was smooth. They were respectful of my limited time, stayed on budget, gave me lots of options, LISTENED to- incorporated my preferences and provided finishing touches such as bedding. Follow up after the project was great particularly with a missing shade (not their fault but they fixed it.) Great job - I will def go back to Global Home for future projects.

I have known Joe & Vivian for a couple years and I've had the opportunity to work with them in a professional capacity on multiple occasions. First and foremost, they are both genuine and truly dedicated to their love of design. Whether you are working on a project or discussing furniture pieces in their store, they take the time to give you their complete and undivided attention. They are knowledgable about materials from what fabrics work best for different pieces and how they will stand up against spills, children, and other life accidents. Joe & Viv take your ideas and expand upon them adding their great taste and bringing your vision to life. Global Home has been my go-to for beautiful, unique furniture for many years. Joe and Viv have amazing taste, always showcasing items no one else has and using them in original, stylish, inspiring compositions. I find Global Home is usually ahead of the trends. They are brilliant at anticipating interesting new styles. Everything is high quality but not outrageously priced. And they are talented interior designers, too. They pulled my whole house together in subtle, smart ways. They take pride in their work and are wonderful at customer care.

We happened to discover Global Home's store in New York City while sourcing furniture for a Harlem Brownstone and are so glad we did. Their in-stock selection is pretty vast, but they also offer a lot of made-to-order; as we continue selecting pieces for this project, they've been more than happy to work with us on our very specific needs. The level of quality, product knowledge, and craftsmanship is also quite impressive. We look forward to working with them further and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
