Working with Mike, Brandon and the entire staff at Glens Falls Tile and Ball's Kitchen made a stressful decision making process, enjoyable, stress free and beautiful. Mike took the time to walk us through several options of Quartz, according to what we asked for, and then some of his choices. After picking our design, Cambria Nevern, he came to our home, measured, and quoted us a very accurate price. He also took the time to schedule all appointments, show us several choices for sinks, faucets and edging. Brandon spent countless hours helping us with backsplash tile, accent pieces and switch plates. Even when our original tile came in the wrong die lot, he called immediately, we looked through more tile and immediately placed a second order. Brandon maintained contact with our installer, keeping him informed on all changes. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone!!!

Have had two great experiences with Glens Falls Tile & Supplies. Did a complete renovation of my master bathroom and had a backsplash installed in my kitchen. The folks there helped create beautiful designs by using a variety of tile shapes, sizes and coloring. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in achieving the look I was looking for. I would highly recommend them!

Kudos to Nadine! We walked in looking for tile and ended up walking away having our entire bathroom designed with the help of Nadine. She was eager to assist in helping us find the right vanity, counter top, tile, even the wall paint! She used her expertise and skills to design the tile in the shower to be unique and creative. We never could have put together a redesigned bathroom the way Nadine did.

We remodeled and updated a small bathroom in our house. I liked the selection of tile they offered and they were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with making my ideas for our small bathroom work. We ordered tile and shower doors for a shower enclosure and everything came in on time and as ordered. As our bathroom is small, we took out the tub so I asked about making the shower with a higher curb so it could be filled up like a tub. They were very helpful and willing to figure it out with me. One shower handle was dented in shipping and a new one was ordered and received right away. Overall a great experience.

Nadine was wonderful. She came to my house, measured the entire bathroom and help me bring my vision to life. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. Her detailed layout made the installation a breeze. When the project was complete, Nadine came back out to take pictures and make sure everything was perfect. She was professional and kind at all times. I would recommend her again and again.

Excellent and Exquisite describes the quality and service provided by Glens Falls Tile. They have provided me with wonderful assistance in my remodeling and construction projects that I have done over many years. They are so helpful in design choices and ideas. My latest project was a indoor spa. The design feature was the hot tub sitting on an island of geode stones with sand colored glass grout and then the room finished with porcelain tile. Then granite around the baseboard, on the window sills and between the windows. Combining this with mahogany and cedar just finished the room and created a refreshing atmosphere.

Nadine designed 5 bathrooms . Each shower is tiled spectacullarly and is unique. The floors, counters, etc. all complement each other. When people walk in each bathroom they are blown away by the designs in the showers. She is an artist who is able to implement her vision with tile. Truly incredible and never seen before.

Nadine did a great job of helping us to plan our bathroom renovation. I came in the door without an idea of what I wanted to do, and walked out with a plan. Not only is she accomplished at her job, she has tremendous vision. It was a great experience.

Nadine at Glens Falls Tile & Supplies is simply the best. She always goes above and beyond and aims to please. My wife and I gave her a few ideas that we had and she designed the perfect backsplash for us. We have since worked with her on other projects and are always very satisfied.

After speaking with Nadine from Glens Falls Tile about redoing our bathroom I knew that she was the person that would make our bathroom perfect. She designed our tile shower and covered every detail and made it exactly the way we wanted. We had used Glens Falls Tile 14 years ago when we first bought our home.
