I have hired Gleason Builders on 3 occasions for 3 different home job sites and in each instance, the finished product exceeded my expectations. This is indeed the proverbial "you get what you pay for", as Mike doesn't proclaim to be the cheapest, but when the job is completed you can bet that it will be the best! His quality of work and the integrity behind that work is second to none and when he leaves the job site, it's like he was never there....he absolutely respects your property! I have and will continue to recommend Gleason Builders to friends and family!

Mike and his team were extremely professional, the work was completed according to contract, and we love the finished product. Mike was easy to communicate with and showed an interest in monitoring the project, even with his busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Gleason Builders renovated 2 bathrooms totally for me and then we tackled a 35 year old kitchen renovation. We removed walls and totally changed the footprint of the kitchen. Gleason Builders designed and constructed a 600 sf tree house and zip line for my three children. Mike Gleason ultimately was focused on the functionality of the tree house. We debated on many different designs ... something most contractors would not do. The tree house is a double decker with two slides, two ladders and a 165' zipline. Gleason was timely, professional, cleaned the worksite after each day and finished on-time and on-budget ... a pleasant surprise.

Several years ago we hired Gleason to turn our approx 2000sqft basement from concrete floors and stud walls to a beautiful entertaining space including banister stairs, pub size custom built bar, full bath, bedroom and custom theater with tiered seating. This project including closing up an existing window and cutting in another, as well as cutting foundation wall to install French doors making it a walkout basement. Mike took care of adjusting the landscaping and pouring a patio for us as well. Not only was his work exemplary, he was fair courteous and reliable. His work speeds for itself, as many of my friends have hired him since. When we sold out home Gleason came out and took care of every item on the buyers inspection report for us. He is a completely trustworthy and stand up kind of guy. Our house was robbed while we were out of town for Christmas. Mike immediately went over and repaired the point of entry taking a huge stress off of us.

We hired Gleason Builders for the second time after water damage in our kitchen and basement in January. Several years ago, they finished our basement on time and budget so we knew we didn't want to go with anyone else. They are professional, respectful, clean and go above and beyond to ensure the job is done to the customers' satisifaction. They helped redesign our kitchen layout with several revisions and gave invaluable feedback based on their experience. Any issues we had were made right in a timely manner, and we look forward to working with them on our next home project. Additionally, we don't allow anyone access to our home without being there ourselves. Gleason Builders is the ONE exception. We trust them that much!

Mike converted a 1,500 sq. ft basement into a place where my older children never want to leave. MIke was very professional and an extremely good communicator. All the sub-contractors Mike brought into our house were very respectful and worked hard. The space turned out far better than expected with a theater room and a large hand crafted red oak bar made to look like an old English tavern. The full bath and office space were designed into the plan by Mike and unexpected extras within budget. Great job and yes, I would definitely hire Gleason Builders again in the future!

The elevated deck on my home was showing its age and years of weather exposure. Gleason Builders came in and over the course of 3 days, removed the old deck boards and railing, and replaced them with beautiful new decking and railings. The transformation was amazing. Additionally, they provided many helpful recommendations on how I could enhance the deck to improve its look, function, and safety - all while remaining competitive and fair in their price. When the job was done, they left the area clean and even put all the furniture back into place. I would highly recommend contacting Gleason Builders for any deck project.

Properties of Hyde Park hired Gleason Builders to renovate a home in Hyde Park. We really wanted to turn it around as quick as possible. Mike and I agreed to a 25 day construction period from start to finish. It was completed in 23 days with losing absolutely nothing in quality. I would and have recommended Gleason Builders for any project, small or large.
