Glamscape is amazing. Shawn and his team were professional, competent, and efficient. Working with a contractor can be incredibly nerve racking but Glamscape made it as painless as possible. As with any construction project, we ran into issues; some big, some small. No matter what it was, Glamscape always did the right thing. they even went above and beyond what I would have expected. Shawn was wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend Glamscape to anyone looking for a landscaping professional.

Two jobs were over scheduled and had damaged items. They would not fix. Not recommended to hire people that don’t take accountability. If you damage, you are responsible. Also when you no show, it is a direct disrespect to the customer. Whatever timeline that they tell you, they will not meet those timelines.

I can't be 100% sure who this is since it's anonymous but I think I know. We try to accommodate all customer requests during the project when it comes to changes and preferences. But if you make so many changes and deviates so much from the original plan and only want specific materials that have long wait times then we can't be held responsible for not meeting schedule. As builders, our profitability depend heavily on labor costs. There are plenty of opportunities and times for decision making before the project began. Once construction starts, it is never beneficiary for us to make changes to the plan. When you make changes after work has started, no matter how small, it can impact everything throughout each construction stage that follows. It's a ripple effect. It is your home and we want you to have the freedom to make changes as you please but you have to assume responsibility for the delays.

Shawn and his team were professional in all respects from start to finish. His team installed artificial turf and landscape lighting. Beautiful in ground lighting was also installed in our travertine pool deck. Everything came out great. Shawn was also a pleasure to deal with in all communications. I would definitely recommend Glamscape and plan to use them again in the future.

We are very happy with how our new turf backyard turned out. Shawn is very professional and pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about plants and design as well- we are now having him do an additional landscaping project for us and I can't wait to see how it turns out!

I finally reached the end of my doomed 5-year DIY landscape lighting project about 8-months into Covid... After consulting with several local landscape design/lighting company's, I accepted the bid from Glamscape and haven't regretted it for a moment! Their designer, Muhammad Ali came out within days, listened to all my want's and needs for the space, took detailed measurements and came back in a few weeks with a delightful, well thought through landscape lighting plan. Muhammad was thorough, professional, and walked me through several lighting options for the front and back spaces. He was easy to contact and communicate with, was hands-on and ensured the lighting plan was executed to completion, on time, and to my satisfaction :) The installer, Dio, was prompt, hard-working, and cleaned the work area every day before leaving. I'm really enjoying the security and warm ambiance the new lighting provides. Glamscape provided a professional, customer-centric process with quality product options and responsive customer service. A positive experience overall!
