Greg, Judy and their team are timely, honest, respectful, creative, and kind. I have been a customer of theirs for years (started buying from them when they had their store in Silverton, OH) and regularly recommend to friends and co-workers to check out Home Based Carpet first because the service is personal and genuine. I know that they put thought into their product recommendations for me. They consider the traffic flow in my home, my family (young children), pets, existing decor and of course my price point. They don't pressure me, they have samples on hand, and when I think about all of the carpet, vinyl and tile I have purchased from them over the years for my home and a home I rent, I have nothing but positive thoughts. Go with Home Based Carpet and you won't regret it!

Home-Based Carpet & Flooring did a great job! HBC&F did all the work in one day and cleaned up really well from their work. I have my house on the market, and HBC&F helped me pick carpet and padding that would really work well in my basement and on the basement stairs. The basement looks so warm and homey with the carpet in it.

They responded quickly to our email requesting more information. They set up an appointment and helped us select the carpet we needed. We had just purchased our home and moved, but wanted to replace the carpet before unpacking. They understood our needs, got the carpet ordered and installed in great time. The install crew was hard working, professional and courteous. 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs under 5k. I would definitely use them again.
